Beautiful apartment, very cozy and cute! Extremely well placed! Everything is nearby, especially when you're on foot! Clean and welcoming. Impeccable communication! Watch your head when sleeping upstairs, the space is really tight but overall an excellent stay.

Very centrally located and surprisingly spacious apartment. Groceries, shops, bars and restaurants just outside the block. Clever layout and surprisingly spacious. Facilities great. Car parking good access. Ian gave good tips re ski rental, ski areas and restaurants. Would rent again.

Place was very walkable, right downtown. Great views of mountains! Was difficult to find the parking lot at first and the building but once we figured it out it was all good!

I spent 8 wonderful days on vacation in this accommodation with my husband and our little dog, and the experience was really excellent. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our excursions and walks much easier. In addition, the views from the accommodation are simply magnificent, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, conveniently located place with stunning views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

It is a very functional apartment, nicely arranged, convenient, clean and nice. Chantal takes great care of her "vacationers". Of course, we want to come back, and Albertville is well located for visiting this beautiful region! Anyway, and to summarize, everything was PERFECT!

A perfect stay, Marilyn was present at check-in for all the explanations and for our departure. very convenient private parking during this weekend where all the Annecy car parks were full! 10 minutes walk from the lake and the city center, we were able to fully enjoy the weekend.

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance or you don't give it importance but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb but a perfectly liberal vision… Just the impression of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!
