Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

Your family will be super comfortable with this cottage as ‘home base’ as you explore Tasmania’s wild south. Just 5min walk from Bellerive waterfront, with daily ferries into Hobart, restaurants, gyms, grocery store, beach, walking track and parks… There’s easy access to highways for Huon Valley or Tasman Peninsular day trips. Plenty of heating and blankets available. You’ll be super cosy here. The kitchen is fully equipped for a quick cook up. Owner managed & operated 🤍

Relaxing couples getaway in a coastal village, with 12 elevated acres with views of the river & lake, at Half-moon Bay, South Arm. Few minutes walk to the beach & fishing spots. Car recommended. The Bungalow has a queen bed, compact living space, kitchenette & ensuite. Glass doors to a timber deck, seating & BBQ. Parking for boat & car. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.
