Vacation rentals with a patio in Bella Vista

The place is beautiful, comfortable to go as a couple or alone, they have all the kitchen utensils for in case you need to do any food, I love, beautiful, central and Jessica a super host.

The shared spaces in the building were as great as the apartment. A convenient grocery & deli is next to the building. The view from the gym is inspiring.

I loved it, I was super satisfied and loved the place, everything is perfect and in perfect condition, I give it a 10/10 I would come back again without thinking ✅🤩🤩

The apartment is beautiful, large, spacious and very clean, ideal for large groups. It is finely decorated and has everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. In each room we were left with personal toilet kits that included cream and toothbrush, this was a great detail !! The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare food as well as dishes, pots and wine glasses. We would have liked to find bottled water but it wasn't a problem , we bought water at a nearby supermarket. The apartment is located in one of the best areas in Santo Domingo, close to shopping centers and supermarkets such as the Acropolis Center, Blue Mall, Sirena and Bravo, you can get there by walking. We had inconveniences to access the building and wait a bit to receive the access keys to the parking lot. With the internet we also had inconveniences, but Luis went out of his way to restore the service and sent us a person to review.

Excellent apartment and host. Hanser always very attentive and very kind to any questions or requests. The apartment is just as described and features a fully equipped kitchen for long stays. The building has a very good apartment and gym and is just a few blocks away from the best supermarkets and restaurants in town.

I can honestly say that the listing matched the photos as expected. The communication from Raphael was spot on and I had a very little issues during my stay. The little things count and having plenty of towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and things like this made it feel like you are at home. I appreciated the two cold bottles of water that was there after I arrived to the condo. Lastly, the building staff were very helpful with uber eats orders, bringing groceries in to the condo, showing my guest in and overall very friendly. I made sure to give them a little something when I checked out and they truly appreciated it. Overall, I had a great stay and would stay there again in a heart beat.

Ramona's place had everything we needed and more. The pool and outdoor seating areas were great for relaxing at the end of the day. The gym has all the necessary equipment. The building is very secure with a staffed front desk and locked entries and amenities. There is a superstore across the street which was very convenient for groceries and anything else needed. This place was one of the cleanest Airbnb we've visited around the world (7 or 8). Trash pickup made things very convenient. The only issue we had was some discolored water dripping from one of the bathrooms during heavy rain. But it was the bathroom we did not use and it dripped mainly into the shower, so it did not affect our stay.

Very beautiful home, felt like home. This location is close to markets, stores and shopping centers. Franklin was very attentive to our needs. Upon initial inspection after my arrival, We came to find that there were issues with the washer. He was quick to get someone to fix it, meanwhile he contracted the local laundry to be at our disposal for any laundry needs (included pick up and drop off at the airbnb). I recommend Franklin to anyone who visits DR.

The house was amazing. The pool was great. The neighborhood was peaceful. Local stores and food close by. I will definitely rent again.

First off Ken is a great host. He responded to my questions very quick and also had a lot of great recommendations for things to do. The house is very spacious and clean. Definitely would recommend if you’re traveling with a small group. Me and my fiancee enjoyed our time there and we would definitely come back and book with Ken.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided thoughtful touches that made the experience even more special. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything mostly close to las Americas airport. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient

very nice apartment! the location, in my opinion, was super lively and convenient. the only issue we did have was the TV remote for the living room wasn’t working too well and the jacuzzi wasn’t heating up, but still, it doesn’t take away how nice this place is and Miriam was such a timely responder, everything we asked was answered right away, which was awesome! would definitely book again in the future.

The apartment is a gem, boasting a fully equipped kitchen. It is located in a safe area with 24-hour security. Great view from the balcony. There was air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area. The hot water in the shower was consistent, and having a washer/dryer combo in the unit was convenient. I also loved the location; it was close to bars, grocery stores, and a great park for leisurely walks or relaxing afternoons. The Internet was good enough to work. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The functional gym on-site was a nice perk. Recommended!

This place got a lot of my attention for its ocean vibes. The place is super beautiful, comfortable and spacious. I loved that it has a walk in closet and that you can close so that less light enters the room. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed and the sofa bed are so comfortable that we fell asleep at once. I will definitely be back soon! The host is the end! Super attentive and always ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Everything's so close. The supermarket the bravo, the mermaid and blue mall are a walking distance. Super comfortable everything
