Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms - one with double bed and the other that beside huge bed has the addition of sofa and jacuzzi. Both bedrooms have wonderful view. House has big terrace on the water ideal for sunbathing and relaxation. Visitors have the possibility to use a motor boat for complete enjoyment on the river.

Luxury floating-house on the Sava river with private pool witch is designed to provide wonderful and unique experience, built in the second half of 2019. Just 10 minutes walk from famous city beach Ada Ciganlija. From city center 15 minutes by car and about 4 km distance from shopping center Ada mall that opened recently. Distance from airport is 25 minutes by car. Nearby you can find markets. Around floating-house there are 3 restaurants where you can eat fresh fish and many specialties.

The spacious terrace is ideal for relaxing, suntanning and enjoying the river views. Parties and loud music are not allowed.

Luxury boat-house on the river Sava. Warm and peaceful ambient with wooden decoration, clean and full of natural light with the amazing view and wonderful nature.5 min walk to the Ada Ciganlija Lake,10 min by car to the city center,25 min drive to the airport. There are so many restaurants nearby.Local driveway to the house. Free parking for our guests !!! In winter idyll you can also enjoy with us, because we are super equipped with heaters, so it is very warm and cozy.

This little gem is located in the green area of Ada Ciganlija only 20 minutes from the city center. The houseboat is designed as an oasis of peace in nature. The house offers all amenities, ideal for families and for couples as well. Spending a night on the houseboat will surely be an unforgettable and different experience:). ESCAPE HOUSE is a peaceful oasis on the New Belgrade side of the river and is an ideal place for family gatherings, vacations, social gatherings such as small birthday celebrations, wedding anniversary celebrations, team building organization and for a small group. The raft was registered for 12 people and 6 for an overnight stay. Not intended for louder music and parties.
