Shawn was a great host , guided me through everything for check in + parking , place is how it’s described , nice clean apartment , good view, good places to eat around , nice and quiet , no noisy neighbors , and there’s a breakfast spot in the building to me that’s a ++

This space is such a beautiful gem! We are locals who had to leave our home for a plumbing issue and this place made it feel like a vacation. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The backyard pool/spa, BBQ and several seating areas made it perfect for family time. My children especially loved the slide and smores by the fire. Wish we could have stayed longer, may book again for a staycation ;)

SPEECHLESS! I surprised my amazing girlfriend with a valentines day weekend getaway and found this hidden gem! From the communication to the stay, everything in between was immaculate. Michael and his wife could not have made us feel more welcomed. The love and care they show as hosts is reflected on how beautiful and welcoming the property/stay is. I cannot wait to come back and have another amazing weekend getaway with my gf. 100 out of 10! Thank you again for such a great experience!

if you're looking for a PERFECT Arbnb, this is it. Front porch for coffee in the AM, your own backyard perfect for family dining outdoors surrounded by delicious fragrant lemon and grapefruit trees, hot fresh coffee available with freshly baked pastries that Scott graciously provided as a welcome gesture, Ghiradelli chocolates on the bedroom pillows and Figi water bottles on each night stand in the bedrooms, with the MOST comfortable king size bed I've ever slept in...Scott goes above and beyond to make his guests feel at home, comfortable and relaxed. In addition to the fact, this is a PERFECT walkable location to restaurants, beach and shopping. You really have no need for a car. Our son lives in LA, and now we've found our home away from home. Thank you Scott for your kindness and hospitality and 5 star accommodations.

Great location. Really close to the Santa Monica Pier. Walkable neighborhood. The bathroom was more like a spa, can definitely spoil yourself. Deb was responsive and proactive with suggestions, even though she was out of town. Checked in on me, just because. The only regret I have is I didn't get to meet her doggo.

The building is very secure and the gym and rec room are great places to try out while you’re staying in the building. I wasn’t able to go to the pool but you can see it from the balcony. Felt like I was at a friends house. Easy check in and check out instructions. Would stay again.

We had the best time at this place. Joe was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions we had. We loved it so much we checked to see if we could extend a day. Our girls loved the hot tub and pool area. Joe gave us great directions on checking in with thorough diagrams that made it simple. I would recommend this place to anyone who was staying in this area. We absolutely loved it and didn’t want our stay to end.

The surrounding area was absolutely beautiful, the place was super cozy and there was a great view from the deck! Dot was also very kind! Would highly recommend!
