The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, but what really stood out was Artyk’s hospitality. Artyk was a great host—clear, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and any questions I had were answered quickly. It’s clear he takes pride in maintaining a high standard for the space and for the guest experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-maintained, high-quality place to stay.

This B&B is a wonderful addition to the village. My family lives locally, so we knew the Old King Bill years ago when it was a pub. The restoration of the listed building is outstanding, and the apartment is charming. The photos show it off well, but we still oohed and ahhed happily when we actually went inside. Karen has made the place feel both spacious and cosy. It's very comfy and homely with just the right amount of luxury – traditional styling plus all mod cons in the dinky kitchenette for a longer stay! We definitely plan to stay here again.

A lovely stay here, the place is lovely and exactly as described. Perfect for 1-2 people to stay in. Plenty of places to go out to eat and right across the road from a Lidl as well should you chose to cook in rather than eat out. Jordan was an extremely helpful and friendly host, communicated very well with regards to check in and check out. I would highly recommend staying here, and will hopefully stay here again myself

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The house is perfect for a family of four, providing ample space and comfort. The host was incredibly caring and assisted us during both our arrival and departure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the convenient parking right in front of the house. If the front parking is full, street parking is also available nearby. The location is another big plus, as it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The property is well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need—an oven, stove, washing machine, small fridge, and even an iron with a stand. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. I absolutely loved staying here, and the respect and kindness from the landlord made it even better. I would

We were visiting some friends in Rugby and needed somewhere to stay - this place was lovely. Free off-street parking was a huge bonus and the place was spotlessly clean and done up to a really high and modern standard. The bed was comfortable and the Smart TV worked fine. Fridge and freezer clean and a good size. We didn't actually test the shower due to time constraints so I can't comment on that. We only stayed here one night and spent most of it out but we'd definitely have been fine staying here longer and would stay here again if we needed to.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The cottage was clean and very comfortable with everything you could possibly want. Vanessa was very helpful and friendly. The little extra touches such as bread, butter, milk, jam, biscuits, tea and coffee was very welcome along with all the magazines and books to read. The garden is lovely and perfect for the dogs as it has secure fencing all the way round. I’d love to stay again as it’s great accommodation in a beautiful area. It’s very good value too. I’ve paid more for just a room and this is the whole property with the added bonus of a garden. Thank you, Vanessa. It’s been perfect!

The designs of the rooms were gorgeous, easy on the eyes, minimal and classic. It felt right at home. I definitely enjoyed spending time in the living room with Sidra and Freya, the adorable and ever relaxed german shepherd. We had late night movies and conversations. She became a great friend and has always been a superhost. There are cute cafes nearby, def try grumpy cook. They make good cappuccinos and pancakes. It was also convenient to do grocery as sainsbury is nearby, about 5-6 minute walk. No problem going to the centre as well, bus stop is an easy 5 minute walk. Train station is less than 10 mins by bus. Overall, lovely and comfortable stay. Will definitely visit Sidra and Freya soon.

Wonderful place. Such a peaceful place to stay. Super clean and comfy and very well equipped. Jane is a super friendly host and made us feel very comfortable. Her dog Pimms is a delight too and really brightened up the stay for the kids. Jane was trusting enough to take the dog for a long walk which was one of the highlights of our trip. The entertainment area is such a lovely place to relax. We made plenty of use of the pool which was very well equipped to keep the kids entertained (noodles, floats, play toys). We even enjoyed one movie night in that area one the huge comfy sofas. The surrounding village is wonderful too and nice to potter around. Will defo be going back very soon.
