This is a totally private, self contained apartment with full kitchen. The house is a heritage property in historic Perth, Ontario. It's location is steps from the downtown area and the beautiful Stewart Park. The kitchen is brand new as are the 2 queen size beds. The apartment is air conditioned, has wifi and cable tv with (Netflix etc). You will have the entire upstairs apartment with private entrance. Indoor parking for one vehicle is included. The living room has a mini kitchenette for light use. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The unit is only rented to one guest at a time; you will have the entire unit during your stay. Starlink was newly installed, and the internet is fast for remote telework!
