The Black House is a wonderful home. It is ideal for mountain biking at MSA. The outdoor storage is perfect for securing bikes, and proximity to trails is awesome. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean. We recommend renting a vehicle as the uber rides in Quebec City are a bit expensive.

Arthur's home is beautiful and it was wonderful to walk across the street with my dog to visit Montmorency Falls

We had a lovely stay at Paula's. The house is warm, well-equipped and has a view that you can't control. I recommend it.

This is a 3rd viste for me and my family. We love the warm character of this house and its large grounds with a beautiful view of the fields. Peaceful place, relaxing and very well located for outdoor activities (Mont Ste-Anne and Cap Tourmente). Several amenities in the house and board games to enhance the stay and create beautiful moments with our loved ones. Thank you for everything:-)

Very clean house upon arrival. Comfortable beds. House as described. Recommended.

The place was in a great place and right by the River. Not far from Quebec City and near local Grocery Stores.

No negative reviews. The place is clean condition. There were enough towels, wash cloths, toilet paper and more to accommodate a group. The area was quiet and the house was easy to find. The lockbox is a little hard to open for hands in winter, but no big deal.

It was a beautiful location and surroundings were soo quite. Very close to Quebec city and Mont morency falls. Place was very well maintained and had so many board games and jigsaw puzzles which my family enjoyed a lot. Overall brilliant experience and will recommend to others.

The place is absolutely beautiful, and I loved the Christmas vibe decorations—it felt so cozy! Everything was super clean and well-maintained, making the stay very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsible, easy to communicate with, and quick to address any concerns. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo located very close to the historic center of Quebec City and tourist attractions Everything is spotless and well equipped, there are even children's utensils / dishes! We had a lovely stay. The host is very communicative and check in was easy. The space is very comfortable and nicely set up. The kitchen has everything you need. There were lots of board games for evening family fun. The backyard is great for dogs. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in a calm neighborhood. Easy to get to Quebec City downtown as well as to Montgomery falls.

A beautiful home and property! The pictures and description did it justice. It was secluded and peaceful, but a short 30ish minute drive into downtown Quebec City. We enjoyed the balance of a quiet, relaxing area as well as exploring and enjoying the city nearby. Marc-Olivier was very responsive and cared about making sure we had an excellent experience. The local mountain biking just minutes from the home was an awesome bonus. The autumn foliage was gorgeous as well.
