This is a 3rd viste for me and my family. We love the warm character of this house and its large grounds with a beautiful view of the fields. Peaceful place, relaxing and very well located for outdoor activities (Mont Ste-Anne and Cap Tourmente). Several amenities in the house and board games to enhance the stay and create beautiful moments with our loved ones. Thank you for everything:-)

This was the perfect place to come back to after a long day outdoors! the location was perfect! a skip away from the bike path and a 10 minute walk to the ferry. The view was amazing! I highly recommend booking this space!

Our stay was absolutely magical. We could see the famous Fairmont across the river and Quebec City from almost every window. We couldn’t get enough of the views. There’s a coffee shop around the corner, restaurants, and a short walk for the adventurous or drive to the ferry. Each bedroom was quaint, clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is large and well appointed with fluffy towels. The host wrote instructions in French and English for almost everything. I’ve been to Airbnbs in other countries and had a hard time with instructions but not here. They were easy to read and understood. Please know that we had 5 people and had to wait for each other to use the shower but the shower was the best shower we’ve ever had. The water pressure is great and the water tastes amazing. It was so good. Very responsive host and very thoughtful. Instructions on how to get in were spot on and so helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This gem was exactly as described. Older quaint and quiet neighborhood made for a safe environment and peaceful sleep. Restaurants recommended were amazing and walkable. Other highlights were only a 20 minute drive. (Montmorency Falls and isle d’Orlean). Communicating with the hosts was super easy and efficient. I give this place a 5 star!

This was a beautifully decorated very clean and cozy space. perfect for our first time to quebec city, very close to downtown and the waterfalls. we really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub every day we were there. it was everything we needed and really a beautiful space thank you!

Our stay at Martin’s was wonderful.! The apartment was very clean, with all of the amenities we needed. Martin was very responsive and he provided clear instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! I accidentally arrived before the original check-in time because I got confused and he arranged it for me without questions. He called me to make sure I didn’t need anything extra. Place was clean and comfortable. Love it

Great stay in Quebec City. Location is walkable (but probably not with luggage) or a very short taxi ride from the station. Great deli and supermarket not too far away. Old Quebec City is a walk up the hill away. Bus stops are close and would recommend getting the RTC app to access tickets as otherwise you need exact amount of cash. Apartment had lots of thoughtful provisions for basic cooking. Roof top terrace was lovely - but pool was frozen (it was December!). Host was very proactive and responsive with communication.

I stayed in Quebec for 5 nights and felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is very close to many bus stops, so you can get anywhere. The apartment is well equipped and you feel very comfortable right away. I can fully recommend the apartment and would come back anytime.

Very nice house where it feels like home. There are all the services nearby. I recommend everyone to stay at this house I will surely go back without hesitation

My girlfriend and I had a great stay here. The town is really beautiful and filled with many great shops, cafes and restaurants. It is a close uber to any tourist attraction around and the peach blossom penthouse has great views of the mountains in the distance. 10/10 would return any time :)

The the apartment was very nice. It was clean, very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Bathroom was clean and very nicely decorated- the apartment was lovely. The neighborhood was sketchy- The church down the street had a lot of homeless people milling about and I would not walk by. The street to the left of the apartment was fine and well lit. The parking was a nightmare. The rules were hard to understand because there were 2 to 3 signs/ pole on when to park. We got a $90.00 ticket because after reading the signs we thought we were safe to park-we weren't.

This condo is just perfect and so are the hosts! Easy and enjoyable communication. Everything was there, location, 100% equipped kitchen, impeccable cleanliness, easy access heated parking, comfortable bed, beautiful decoration as seen in the photos. Nothing to say I will return without hesitation on my next visit to Quebec 😊 thank you again Élise for the beautiful welcome
