We had the most magical stay at shome farm stay. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning surroundings—rolling green hills as far as the eye could see, a peaceful creek flowing through the property, and friendly horses and cows we could help feed each day. It felt like stepping into a storybook. The cottage itself was beautifully appointed with every comfort you could imagine. The beds were incredibly cozy—hands down the most comfortable we’ve ever had in an Airbnb—and every detail was thoughtfully included, from quality linens to all the modern conveniences you might need. What really made the experience special was the host’s generosity and attention to detail. We were welcomed with a curated selection of local goodies to enjoy throughout our stay, which gave us a real taste of the region and made everything feel that much more personal and special. We can’t recommend this place highly enough!

What a special place. A real little piece of paradise. It was like being in a cool treehouse/bird-hide. The hut is easy to find and host gave clear instructions. The drive in through the farms is magnificent. Plenty of birds and other wildlife to see around the hut. Driving distance to all the little towns and sights around the area. The hut balcony has a great view, and the rainforest bathroom was such a novelty. There was a small fridge with ample room for the food I took with me, as well as an induction hot plate, cooking equipment and crockery/cutlery. No microwave. Plenty of power points to charge phones and cameras. Hosts were very hospital and had a great knowledge of the local area. They made me feel very welcome. Looking forward to visiting again some time.

Beautifully designed, cosy and very private house deep in the rainforest. Was great coming home to the tranquility of the house after a day exploring the tablelands. We loved spending time hanging out in the peace and quiet, playing with the games and jigsaws provided, listening to the sound of the river and waterfall... and the occasional possum on the roof!
