Vacation rentals with a patio in Beach of Durrës

Very nice clean and comfortable apartment, located directly in front of the beach and fabulous sunsets. All around, there are a multitude of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The bed is comfortable and we slept very well. We loved it so much that we went back twice during our three weeks in Albania. It's a great place to take a break if you want to travel from the North to the South of the country and it's not too far from Tirana and the international airport.

We had a good stay at Eno’s place. The place is well located in Durrës, close to a big produce market, and walking distance to grocery stores. We had a couple of small issues, but Eno was very quick to respond and to solve the issues that popped up. The internet was stable and fast, which is important for me because I was working remotely while here.

I had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Vjollca’s house in Durres, Albania. The location is incredibly tranquil, perfect for those looking to unwind in a quiet setting. The space is functional and comfortable. If you enjoy cooking, you might want to ask the host for additional kitchen equipment or consider purchasing a few items yourself, especially if you're staying for an extended period like I did. Fortunately, Albania is very affordable, so this was not an issue for me. Although I’m quite self-sufficient and didn’t need to ask much of the hosts, they were always friendly, approachable, and willing to help. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend it.

I highly recommend staying at Xhulia's for one night or more. The host is very responsive and helpful, it was great!!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this place in Durrës! The host was incredibly understanding, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable. I honestly can’t remember another AirBnB where I felt this satisfied. I was not treated like just another booking or a random visitor — I was treated like real guest , with genuine care and hospitality. Every issue I encountered, the host was eager to help and worked hard to find solutions. I wholeheartedly recommend this host to anyone considering a stay. You’ll feel truly welcomed and cared for here!

Very good place, value for money. Endri offered to pick up the keys to the house at 10 a.m. instead of 3 p.m. Very professional communication and very quick responses. Even though he manages his house remotely, he is a very helpful and good faith person. A big thank you.

Elio was a good host, responded quickly and came up with clear info. Problems with the wifi were solved very quickly by him. The house is complete and in a nice,quiet place. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The house has no pool but 10 minutes' walk away we could swim for free at the hotel royal g max

One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever been. Place was even more beautiful then on the pictures. Pool was amazing and beach just 100 meters walk was great. Elio was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

The accommodation is very nice, the only thing I would complain about is that we did not have a single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, fortunately it was not acute and we went to buy our own. 😌 The place and surroundings are very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It was a smooth,super friendly and easy going operation with this host. The apartment itself is really neat, convenient and comfortable. The pictures you see is the real view you'll get. Very proactive host with detailed instructions to get inside the unit. Also great tips on restaurants nearby and things to do. Christian helped us to extend our stay in Durres at a super modern apartment after we checked out. It was last minute request and we are very grateful he can accommodate us at one of his other listings. Truly very responsive super host! Definitely recommend! Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

Minus: Only real small grocery stores in the area. No bus stop near the area. Plus: Many high quality restaurants with reasonable prices in the area. Local Taxi works perfect. Donard is super friendly and takes care of everything. 2 minutes walk from the appartment to the super clean beach. Personal sunlounge and parasol at the beach for the appartment guests. Thank you soo much for the nice holiday!!

Very nice accommodation, very good location. I had no trouble parking just downstairs, a little difficult to find but with the instructions given it's much easier. The host was very responsive. The view is beautiful. I was able to admire the sunrise. It was fabulous. Thank you for everything.

Arber spent much of the week attempting to solve mobile phone IT problems, transport and booked taxis for us. Apart from a small check out mis communication he couldn't have done more to make our holiday trouble free. A very nice helpful host.
