What a beautiful location , rich in history. The grounds are amazing with lots to do including walking trails. The receptionist was very friendly and took the time to give us a detailed explanation of where we were staying and where all the amenities were located. The breakfast was very good and the location is central to many attractions. Loved we could visit with our two dogs . I would certainly stay here again.

Was the perfect get away for a bunch of tired moms. It was relaxing and beautiful! Tammy was very easy to communicate with and even checked in on us during the stay to make sure all was well. Very thoughtful. House was stocked with supplies and the tub was awesome!

This place is amazing! The home is beautifully done and so very comfortable! We used the paddleboard and kayaks on the river and had a blast. No charge for the rentals! The coffee shop was adorable. The views from the cabin were fantastic. We had so much fun here and slept well.

What a beautiful spot! My siblings and I had an amazing stay and highly recommend checking out this piece of paradise! To be back on Lake Utopia after 15 years has been so memorable! we loved our stay, it was a beautiful space, really did well with details, loved that the bathroom was high end, they didn't spare on appliances and decor, which was one of the first things we noticed, loved the space and really enjoyed our stay.

Alie is attentive to her emails, responds quickly. Place was immaculate, beds vey comfortable. Enjoyed the privacy, just what we wanted.

Periwinkle Cottage is a beautifully renovated cottage. We loved sitting on the deck, the screened in porch and in the lawn chairs by the water’s edge. The views from inside and outside the cottage are spectacular. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for six nights over the Christmas holiday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The peace and serenity we felt during our stay were absolutely surreal. The property is stunning, and it provided the perfect escape for us to relax and recharge. The neighbors, Rose and Robert, were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the hosts, Mark and Michelle, went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly made this stay special. We can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with amazing people nearby, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Picturesque view with lobster boats, the pier and the ocean. Quiet mornings watching the sunrise and lobster boats going out was relaxing. Having Chippman’s Wharf down the road was an added bonus for fresh fish. Nice location!

Carol Sue's Lubec cottage was the perfect restful retreat. I visited in September with a friend and stayed most of the month. We began oohing and aching the minute we turned into the cottage driveway. The setting was serene, with an absolutely gorgeous view from the porch that never grew old. The cottage is well stocked with amenities, making it extremely easy to settle in. Lubec itself is charming as all get out. The cottage is within easy walking distance of the main business district (Water Street) and the local grocery store. Easy access to Campobello Island, a picturesque beach in town, many places to hike and enjoy nature nearby: These are just a few things that make Lubec appealing. Note that there are just a few places to eat and drink, but they are all great.

Kurt's Airbnb is a serene woodsy gem tucked into a private nook on the easternmost point of Maine. The thick fog, rolling in and out, gave us dramatic and mysterious views. Unabashed hummingbirds dart in-between the many feeders hung above the porch. Even in less-than-ideal drizzly weather, we enjoyed reading on the private beach, then struck up a fire in the woodstove and cozied up for a magical Maine night in.

Kate’s property is amazing! It’s on the end of a gravel road, so it’s very private (It’s literally in the woods). The second we walked through the door we were blown away. Huge picture windows showing off the beautiful view of Orange Lake. The cabin itself was spotless. So clean and bright. It has a covered deck and an enclosed porch perfect for sitting and enjoying the views. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Plus the grill outside (we only used it once because it was cold and windy)The heat kept the place toasty warm and the shower was nice and hot. The beds were comfy! The WiFi worked great and there was even a smart tv with all the streaming services. All the comforts of home. We didn’t have any major issues but any small questions we had, Kate was very quick to respond. The dogs loved walking around the area, which consisted of dirt and gravel roads, so no traffic. Definitely an 11/10! We plan on returning!

Tracy’s Maces Bay home was exactly that! A very comfortable and “feel right at home” home. It was stocked with amenities including all types of coffee and tea, which are often not found. The refurbished bathroom is beautiful as well as the sunroom. The view of the tides going in and out is amazing. Tracy was a great hostess and accommodated a great stay at very short notice. We also enjoyed the deer in the yard. A trip to St John’s to see the reversing falls was interesting, as well as eating lobster and wild blueberries nearby.

We just spent 5 nights at this absolutely gorgeous cottage, and it far exceeded our expectations on EVERY level! We were absolutely blown away by the spotless cottage, beautiful high quality furnishings and bedding, and the most EPIC views we have EVER seen! We were mesmerized the entire time. From the stunning sunsets at the many seating areas, to the gorgeous private beach, there truly are no words to accurately convey how incredible this space is. We had deer visit us many times a day, and had so much fun watching the tide come in and out, looking for sea glass and watching the amazing salmon farms. This is our first trip to the East Coast and know this stay will be the highlight of our whole trip. Jennifer was so kind and accommodating, and we are incredibly grateful to have stayed at this stunning cottage. I can't recommend more highly! Thank you SO much Jennifer. If we are ever in New Brunswick again we will absolutely be back! Wishing you all the very best. ❤️

Vince's cabin is the ideal retreat! Nestled in a secluded spot, it's just a short walk down a wooded path to the beach. The backyard features a deck overlooking a fire pit, perfect for evening bonfires; Vince thoughtfully provided kindling and firewood. Inside, the cabin has a warm and inviting feel. My daughter described it as "cozy rustic." The beds were comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings ensured I slept wonderfully both nights. Vince has thought of everything you might need during your stay, even a spare toothbrush in case, like one of my children, you forget yours. Vince also went the extra mile by providing breakfast for the first morning, a lovely touch. The internet connection was reliable, and I appreciated the convenience of the washer and dryer. The clawfoot bathtub was perfect for a long, relaxing soak. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would gladly return if it's available. Vince was prompt in responding to texts and a gracious host. I wholeheartedly recommend

We loved our stay at the cottage! We are native Mainers and the Steuben/Milbridge area is one of our go-to locations for relaxation. The cottage was private, peaceful, and the views were amazing! Being right on the water was a nice perk and we spent some time on the rocks when the tide was out. The cottage has wonderfully comfortable furniture and one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on! It is also one of the cleanest cottages we have stayed in as well. It felt very much like home! Teresa was in contact throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was great to know she was there to answer any questions we may have had. We will definitely stay again!!!

Our family had a great time during our visit at Darcy’s air bnb. We LOVED the private beach. We spent most of our time either walking the beach or relaxing by the little fire pit making s’more’s with the kids. We would recommend this place to anyone and we would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nicole’s place! It was exactly as described and just what you picture when planning a trip to Maine. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with amazing views. Nicole was so helpful with her recommendations of the area and her added thoughtful touches at the house were greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area and would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and i stayed at Salty Dog cottage for a week. It was a great location, private but close enough to local sights to be a wonderful retreat. The hosts we friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean when we arrived. We found no need was un met. We had wanted to cook and eat fresh lobster while on the east coast and the home even had everything we needed (large enough pot, crackers, etc). We found the home littered with thoughful details (chargers placed though the house, key condiments, forgotten toiletries). Everything was though of. We even had daily visitors pf a family of deer as an extra highlight. We would be happy to return.

Everything was satisfying! We wanted peaceful and quiet in the woods with an ocean view and that is exactly what we got!! There were easy day trips to explore Washington County. We chose the Atlantic Puffin Cruise out of Steuben. We also went to see the West Quoddy Head Lighthouse in Lubec. We walked the path towards the cove and I enjoyed taking a few photos. The cottage itself was just right! The wifi worked fine. I honestly had no issues at all!!!!
