Stayed for 2 days. Good place to relax and enjoy with family. Property is hardly 100 metres to see and have sea view from bed room, living room and kitchen as well. Staffs are friendly and supportive. One thing to improve is the lift which makes sound while closing and opening. Recommended for someone who wants to relax away from city hustle.

What I loved: The property is right by the beach offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was a highlight of my trip The home was well-equipped with everything I needed – from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy and comfortable furniture. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the view with my morning coffee. The space was spotless and well-maintained. It was evident the host takes great care of the property. Room is clean and neat with super silent air conditioner, wardrobe with locker and cloth hangers, bedside tables, dressing table, spongy bed with multiple pillows and extra bed in case required. Washroom is clean with hot water and other amenities. Kitchen equipped with all appliances and essential consumables, compact dining arrangement. Inverter & ironing facility also available. Near to Bakel fort and beaches. Thrikkannapuram Thriambakeswara temple. On the bank of Bakel river. Cultivated coconut, arecanut & other fruit plant. An upcoming farm is a good view. Complementary breakfast is served, lunch & dinner to be managed by the guests. Nearby restaurant contacts are made available at the villa. Hospitality is fantastic throughout the stay and reachable over phone at any time for any assistance.

You will feel close to nature. The place is very calm and serene. On one side lies Gurupura river on the other side is Tannirbhavi beach. This property is on the river side. The property is exactly as described. The locality is very safe. People are great here. In the morning you will get a nice sunrise view from the river side. For the sunset you can go to the beach which barely at 500m distance. To commute to the city, the cheap and best way is go by ferry. The ferry dock is at walking distance of about a kilometre. From there boats are available from morning around 7-7:30 AM till 7:30 PM at interval for every 15-20 mins. D'Souza family is very friendly and helpful. They will give you lot of local recommendations. They are great hosts. Would love to stay again in future😊. PS: You will love doing kayaking here.

Apartment was lovely, cozy, clean and with all required things very well arranged. Host Olivia was reachable, answered all queries and helpful. I recommend this place to all.
