Its "Art Deco" and "Jungle" rooms are adorned with cheerful colours that nicely complement its neat decoration In the heart of the island of Nantes, magnificent T3 of 60 m2, refurbished, on the 3rd floor with elevator. We live in the neighborhood and will be happy to share with you our best addresses and walking tips:) The apartment is ideally located, you can visit Nantes on foot very easily (welcome booklet with visit advice, restaurants and services available in the accommodation). The accommodation has a private garage, closed box type, with wide access (240cm). You will be able to park your vehicle in peace and leave things inside if necessary. Apartment: - Living room with balcony, TV, sofa, 2 deck chairs. WiFi (fiber optic internet), Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker, board games, phone chargers. - Kitchen: refrigerator-freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, sodastream, dishwasher (pellets provided), washing machine (laundry provided). Tableware and utensils, cutlery and children's glasses. Tea, infusions, sugar, salt, pepper, condiments and welcome nespresso capsules provided. dishwashing kit, vacuum cleaner and cleaning kit Outdoor games box (ping pong and baby football) 2 beautiful bedrooms: - Room "Decorative Arts": 160 bed with ergonomic mattress, pillows and dust mite duvet, bedside, large wardrobe, double glazing, electric shutters. - Room "Jungle": 2 beds of 90, beddings, dresser, toys and books, double glazing, electric shutters. - Shower room: corner shower, basin, hair dryer, towel dryer. - Separate toilet, with built-in reducer for children. - Iron, ironing board, stretcher provided. The apartment is non-smoking, it is nevertheless possible to smoke on the balcony. Linens are provided: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Beds are made upon arrival. We draw your attention to the fact that this accommodation is located in a very lively area, it is possible to hear the noise of the street despite the double glazing. Moreover, since the building is a relatively old building, its soundproofing is not perfect either. Baby kit option: 45€ for the stay. Do not clutter up with your childcare equipment and get suitable equipment for your baby: - For walking: a Mc Larren stroller in aluminum, tiltable in the lying position. Rain hood. (The stroller can be rented only 20€ for the stay) - To sleep: an umbrella bed, mattresses, mattress covers, covered sheets, 2 clean turbulets. - To eat: a rotating Chicco 360° baby seat, bibs - To relax: games and books for baby - For hygiene: a bathtub /changing table, sponge covers The entire apartment is accessible to guests. We live in the neighborhood and we are available to guests for any questions. In the heart of the island of Nantes with its village atmosphere, the apartment is close to the recently developed banks of the Loire, the Machines de l 'île and shops. It will also allow you to reach the historic city center on foot. By train: Nantes station then direct bus C5 or tram line 2 or 3 By tram: Stop Vincent Gâche (line 2 or 3) then 5 minutes walk. The apartment is 45 m2. The decor is warm and functional. The listing is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 units. Its double-sided aspect brings it a lot of light. The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Known for its fish and seafood stalls, Talensac Market is located just across from the apartment. Great restaurants crisscross the neighborhood. Bike service – City of Nantes – Bicloo Station Close to tram and bus. Tram - Line 3 Bretagne or Jean Jaures stop Tram – Line 2 Place du Cirque stop Bus - Line C2, Talsensac stop If you use public transport, the apartment is accessible via TRAM line 2, Talensac or Viarme stop. We sought by renovating this building to marry the old and the modern and to give this cottage a year 1900 spirit when it was built. All the household appliances are new. The accommodation is bold with stone construction, cool in summer and several shaded areas in the park allow you to rest. You have access to the whole vacation rental and the park. (The entire cottage and park is private), there is only the pool that is available only occasionally depending on the period and occupancy of it. (contact us as soon as you book to ensure available pool slots). We are close to the cottage, so we can inform you throughout the stay. Give you some good tips or learn about places to visit in the area. Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, between Saint-Émilion and Blaye, the cottage enjoys a quiet and wooded environment, conducive to relaxation. Several hiking trails pass a few hundred yards away. You are 1 km from Gauriaguet train station which serves the city of Bordeaux (30 min) and St André de Cubzac (10 min). Depending on the dates of booking of your stay, you can enjoy our heated swimming pool or the activities offered there. (Aquagym, Aquabike).

Great apartment to enjoy Mimizan-Plage. We spent a week at 4 (2 parents, 2 children) very nice in the middle of August. Very well located apartment (in a cul-de-sac), quiet with an ideal location by the beach and town (great restaurants from 20m around). The interior is well renovated with decor both sober and nice, clean: note that we found the bedding (double bed only) a little too firm for our sensitive backs;-). A small hallway at the entrance on the ground floor, allows you to store boards and other beach stuff. Welcome by the impeccable Interhome agency, everything is done to have a beautiful stay, attentive and responsive. We'll be back:-)

We had a really nice time in the apartment and the location as well as the view are just fantastic. However, it may be good to know that the apartment is significantly darker than it appears in the pictures, and that you have to bring or buy many things yourself. Linens, towels, detergent, sponge and a garbage bag that is too small are provided by the agency. So, in this apartment, the often usual practice is not implemented, in which basics such as oil, vinegar, salt, coffee, etc. left behind by vacation guests remain after departure, so that the next guests find a basis and, if necessary, replenish and expand, so that everyone has only a small effort. That's a shame and means you really have to bring or buy all these things yourself: toilet paper, garbage bags, all spices, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, etc. If you're prepared for it, you can have a great time there.

Very nice and comfortable house. Located not far from the beach and the city center. Quietly, in its large wooded garden, it overlooks the city: the unobstructed view is superb! Inside: the living room is nice, the kitchen well equipped and spacious. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and upstairs, a nice dorm with 4 single beds.

We had a great time in Carnac. The accommodation was very well located and we will gladly go back. The only damage was a small lack of attention that could be improved in the future (the bed was not made when we arrived and there were also no kitchen towels, we had to buy some, and lots of cobwebs on the terrace). Except for these minor inconveniences, we liked the house and the location. We recommend it.

We have already rented 2 apartments in the building, but this one wins the highest step of the podium, everything is there, you just have to put your bags down. The space is impeccably clean. We would like to congratulate the cleaner for the cleanliness of the apartment and highlight their honesty, as we forgot some SAMSUNG BUDS, of some value, and this person brought them back to the agency and we were able to retrieve them. The interhome team is very friendly and very accessible.

The accommodation and the stay went very well. The layout of the house is perfect . Small regret Not understood that there is no bedroom downstairs but the sofa bed in the living room / I had asked by phone . And the gate facing the sea is not accessible for cars . And the one in the back is very difficult to access and manipulate . Somewhat complicated for elderly people.
