We live in the neighborhood and will be happy to share with you our best addresses and walking tips:) The apartment is ideally located, you can visit Nantes on foot very easily (welcome booklet with visit advice, restaurants and services available in the accommodation). The accommodation has a private garage, closed box type, with wide access (240cm). You will be able to park your vehicle in peace and leave things inside if necessary. Apartment: - Living room with balcony, TV, sofa, 2 deck chairs. Moreover, since the building is a relatively old building, its soundproofing is not perfect either. Baby kit option: 45€ for the stay. Live in the colors of summer in a house with terrace a short walk to the beach

We have completely renovated this lovely house typical of Arcachon. We love to sit in the pretty armchairs on its wooded terrace, then go for a walk on the beach that can be reached in just 3 minutes' walk. You can also walk to the market as well as the heart of the city. The house (90m2) consists of a ground floor and 1st floor. There are 3 rooms on each level. On the ground floor, the kitchen, living room , bedroom and independent toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms separated by a living room/TV area. Two bedrooms have a shower, washbasin and toilet. The other has a shower and sink. The floor is joined either by an internal staircase or an external staircase. On the ground floor each room opens to the 80 m2 terrace. The very pleasant terrace is furnished and offers a small kitchen area with sink and plancha. For your check-in, either someone will meet you or you can pick up the keys from the key safe. I will specify the terms prior to your arrival . I stay in constant contact with my guests before and for the duration of their stay The house is a short walk from the heart of Arcachon and very close to the beach easily accessible on foot. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, but has local shops for shopping. You can come by taxi from the station or also on foot.
