This place was AMAZING Denis and his wife were amazing! Very quiet (you couldn’t even tell they were on the same property as you😂) the home was clean, beds were comfortable, Hot water was hot haha I could list for days how absolutely wonderful our stay was!

our arrival time was delayed due to work and road conditions and Kimberly & Jeff were so friendly and even met us at the cabin to give us a walk through. her cabin was so cozy and comfortable. the fireplace was so WARM we became masters of keeping the flame alive. we saw so many little creatures and deers. This by far one of my fave stays. The only downfall I would say is there is no sink (which she noted) but she does supply a water jug to wash your hands or dishes. overall they were amazing to us and their cabin was great!! Thank you Kimberly and Jeff.

Cindy’s place was wonderful - comfortable, convenient and clean - a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Cindy was immediately responsive when we had a question, and she had recommendations for local sites to enjoy. The garage was a plus because the weather was cold and windy. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for enjoying appetizers and dinner. My family and I really felt at home - it was the perfect home away from home, and at a reasonable price. I hope to return! Was only an hour from my home but was very cute and comfortable getaway. Other than the stairs (I was forewarned lol) everything about the apartment was very homey and nice. Would definitely recommend and stay at again.

Stayed for 15 days. This place is a great alternative to a hotel at about the same price. This is a nice neighborhood, quite yard, and very walkable for exercise. Great easy to get to location. When we had a problem with Spectrum wifi going out, Tamara was a bulldog, staying on it until it was completely done the same day. We recommend this place and will stay again if needed. Thank you!!

Great place! plenty of room for everyone. Hot Tub was great and clean! Beds were comfy but dedefinitely could have used a bigger blanket on the king because it was fought over all night between my husband and I 😆 Otherwise great house! thanks for letting us stay!

Jason was a great host. The house was clean and a great amount of space for our family. We were thankful to have a space of our own while visiting our families for the holiday. Jason was quick to respond on messenger and he checked in along the way to make sure we had everything that we needed.

House was great for us! Had a great time ice fishing the bay and river. Price was vary fair compared to other places. Only wish there was more parking to have trucks and trailors. But we made it work and would rent again!

Jason's was absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean, comfortable, and so stately - the photos don't do it justice. This gorgeous place has a "wow" factor. And so many great personal touches, from the lovely decor to the thoughtful amenities... wish we could've stayed much longer. This is a "don't miss" if you are ever inBay City! Thank you to Jason for this wonderful stay!
