Our house is close to all sights and amenities. It has been completely renovated in 2023. The garden area is shared with a cottage at the back of the garden that can be rented as well. It is located: .8min walk to the beaches of Saint-Michel and Valentin . Nearby: tennis court ( booking on the website of the Tourist Office), sailing school, surfing school, media library, children's games 4 min walk to Proxi convenience store open 9am-10pm and bakery ps: no shoes upstairs please

House with sea view, terrace, enclosed garden, door with direct access to the customs trail, 100 meters from the beach of La Source and sea water therapy, the train station is 900 meters away, the port is 1 km away, close to all shops. Following numerous messages, the house will not be rented for 2 or 3 days. Rental is possible from a minimum of 4 nights in winter then 7 nights (during all school holidays as well as from spring until November 11). Thank you for your understanding.
