Delightful ‘nest’ for a weekend getaway. Excellent location to explore the area and the Bath Christmas markets. Wonderfully decorated and clean chalet with parking. What’s not to like. Quiet and peaceful area with some fun but muddy walks. Easy bus connections to Bath. It’s a bit hilly (of course it is), but the walk into Bath via the tow path is easy enough (approx an 1 hour 15).

Great stay - beautifully laid out space, private and secure. Pristine and cosy. Jon was very flexible and hospitable with an early check-in request, and very generous with local intel. A lovely walk into town via the skyline walk. Loved our time, would gladly come again.

Beautiful accommodation with a lovely welcome pack, thank you. So spacious and all the rooms had character. Very cosy feel with good heating and hot water. Very well stocked kitchen and nice to have some spices there that we forgot thank you! Very good communication from Charlotte. Such a lovely place to stay we would definitely look to go back.

Perfect place just outside of Bath. A lovely walk into town or an easy bus ride. Quiet and private with beautiful garden surroundings. The place had everything needed for a comfortable and cozy stay!

The perfect place for us to spend a few days near Bath for our honeymoon. Beverley was so lovely and responsive, and the terrace is gorgeous. We spent some time in the hot tub one evening which was lovely too! It is very close to central Bath and easily accessible by bus or taxi. We would definitely recommend staying here and would visit again in future.

Had a lovely few nights away! The location was great, we walked too and from bath but also got the bus which was so easy and they came so regularly we’d just turn up to the stop and wait. The studio was beautifully clean and had everything we could have needed and more. The food and wine left for us was a lovely touch. Julie was so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful giving great tips and recommendations for the local area. We really enjoyed it!

We had the most wonderful stay at The Barn just outside of Bath – it was truly amazing! The space is beautifully designed, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The peaceful countryside setting was perfect for unwinding, yet it’s so close to Bath, making it ideal for exploring the city. The hosts were fantastic – warm, welcoming, and helpful without our stay. From the comfy bed to the stunning views, everything was just perfect. I can’t recommend The Barn enough and can’t wait for an excuse to return! Absolutely loved it.

Despite very wet weather over the duration of the weekend we had a cosy, dry stay on the airstream and enjoyed a tasty roast at The Crown next door. it airstream may not be everyone's cup of tea but if you are used to glamping or motorhoming then its perfect and well kitted out. Very comfy bed!
