Vacation rentals with lake access in Bath

This was a great space for our family of four. It was comfortable and private, and we still had access to conveniences like groceries nearby. We enjoyed our visit and would come again.

John's place was perfect for us to enjoy three days of much needed family time. We played games sitting in the living room with morning coffee or evening wine. We made some simple meals, cooked fiddle heads. The high speed internet helped my daughter to complete some work. We basically enjoyed the second spring there as the field around the house were filled with tulips.

Jason was one of the most responsive hosts we have ever had. He answered whatever questions we had and immediately resolved minor issues like how to regulate the mini splits. The house has a nice view of the lake, and the separate deck amidst the trees offers some serenity. The lake is a great place for swimming too. We love to hike and there are wonderful trails within 15-40 minutes.

Kathy's cabin on the lake is the most magical place - quiet, peaceful and beautiful, the log cabin a throwback to an earlier time (but with great wifi). We sat on the dock with coffee and listened to the sound of loons out on the water. Kathy is also a great host. We will be back (we have actually stayed here a number of times because it's really the most lovely).

Great house with beautiful lake view and comfortable set up. Everything was clean and in good shape. Steve was responsive with communication and provided all the info we needed. I would recommend staying here.

Jennifer's place was private, peaceful, and charming—the perfect place for a getaway. We loved the rural setting and views, and the interior was so artfully matched to its context, a lovingly restored barn. A very special place!

We had a beautiful stay at Crystal lake which was an ideal location for our family to stay near Dartmouth for our son's graduation. It has a very scenic view of the lake from the deck. The house is well laid out for both privacy and hanging out in the open-plan kitchen. Michael and Marina were very responsive and helpful hosts.

If I could rate this 6 stars, I would. The house was immaculate, Christie communicated early and often, and my wife and I (and our two bloodhounds!) absolutely adored sitting on the massive open porch watching the Vermont skies roll by on Friday night. The large windows looking out onto the gardens made morning coffee special, and the property had just been freshly mowed and served as an incredibly playground for the hounds. We just wish we could have stayed longer! For those looking for the epitome of a Vermont get-away with an abundance of privacy and tranquility, this is your spot, no questions asked. Heidi was excellent! Enjoyed chatting with her down by the lake. Great amenities and so close to Meredith and Laconia!

A very comfortable abode. Would recommend. Was concerned about our uke music and voices disturbing residents above us. Especially liked the nearby rail trail for walking and biking.

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

This is such a great spot. Everything in the description and photos is accurate. I could tell that Nicole really cares about making this a good experience because of the little things. E.g., there's a pizza cutter; the Britta and ice trays were full on arrival; the sheets are 100% cotton; the kitchen had a lot of spices and other cupboard items; no fewer than three ways to make coffee; and much more. It's also extremely quiet. There are some friendly long-term tenants on the ground floor whom at no point could I hear in the unit. I bumped into Nicole in the hallway one day — she's extremely nice and friendly! She showed me the 2-BR across the hall, also adorable. You will be glad you stayed here!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. It was quiet and private while being close to the conference center (a 3 minute walk) and shops/restaurants of the town square (a 5 minute walk). The condo was exactly what we needed and extremely clean. The kitchen is nicely updated and the living room area has lots of natural light and is perfect for watching a movie after dinner. This is an end unit and faces the woods instead of the road or parking lot which added to its peacefulness. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo. The downstairs bedroom and the upstairs bedrooms are very separate. I’d say you get kids could not stay in the downstairs queen bedroom and it’s not at all in ear shot of the upstairs bedrooms. Bathroom with shower is on first floor. Half bath is upstairs. Living room is on second floor. TV’s were easy to use. House was clean. It’s not handicap friendly so if that’s an issue I’d choose another place. The condo is down several stairs and decking. There were plants of parking spaces in the lower lot. Heat worked great. Place was cozy.

I was recommended the place to stay by my brother. It was perfect for a short trip, but would be even better for a week stay or long weekend with family. The space was warm, with nice bedrooms and a great living room open to kitchen to hang out in. The kitchen counter is ridiculously beautiful, makes the space feel a little more up north magical. A pleasant surprise was an ability to do a natural cold plunge in the river right outside (far superior to the regular old home plunges in a tub). The location is perfectly centrally located to be close to restaurants, there is a Brewery not too far, but it feels very connected to nature (you can see the woods and river out back. Highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at Henry’s place with our dog! The cabin was comfortable, clean, and ready for us when we arrived. Henry was super responsive and proactive in reaching out. We enjoyed walking our dog around the area and loved how close it is to skiing! We would for sure stay here again for our next ski or hike weekend.

This place was really nice! Its on a beautiful lake with a lot to do! Jessica had plenty of kayaks, canoes, and life vests. The surrounding is beautiful and peaceful. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It's also very close to many great hiking areas Mt Washington.

Morgan is the perfect host, providing everything necessary to a magical stay in their remarkable cabin. I had complete privacy and quiet, but knew she was readily available if I had any questions or needs. The cabin itself is a wonder of architecture, with every detail carefully thought out and rendered. There are books galore and CDs, the slipper foot bathtub is amazing, and the back patio offers a peaceful view of trees and meadow. The property is dotted with wonderful sculptures by her husband, Alan. I watched the sun rise and set and walked down the very dark night road to look at the stars. The woods are my favorite place to be, and there was no shortage of local hiking trails. The general store just down the street is staffed by very friendly folks, and I bought a new favorite coffee mug made by a local artisan. In short, my stay was everything I hoped it would be, and I would highly recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin steps away from the lake! Rose was a delight to work with and gave us recommendations for places to visit around the area. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place nestled in nature.

We stayed here for a girls trip and it was perfect! Super close to concert venue, beach, restaurants, etc. I was so impressed by how communicative Craig was and he was able to help us with dining recommendations. He went above and beyond which really made the overall experience so much better for us! We will be back!

We had an amazing experience at the Cozy Cottage! The house is everything that was described - comfy, cozy, and located in the best area! We had everything we needed in the house to make it an amazing family vacation. I wanted to add that my youngest has severe autism and Hilary’s place had the extra safety precautions that made us feel comfortable! All the kids enjoyed this family friendly home and incredible memories were made… we already booked our next stay! Hilary was an incredible host - super sweet, very organized, and quick to respond!

Helen's home was in the most beautiful location, very peaceful and the perfect spot to unwind. Sitting out on the deck looking off into the water was the most amazing feeling and we also had amazing weather to enjoy some canoe rides with our dog, which was her first time so that made a wonderful memory. The layout of the home, the sliders to the deck and access to the water, there is no other way vacation! We didn't want to leave, hoping to be back!
