Villa vacation rentals in Batam City

It’s a beautiful 2-storey villa which is great for a weekend getaway like a girls trip or family trip :) the moment you step in, the view and vibes are breathtaking! Really comfy and spacious to chill in. Everything was clean and our stay was very pleasant. Good to also have access to facilities at nongsa point resort. Remember to check with reception about shuttle bus timings ahead of time! Just note that it’s quite a steep staircase climb leading to the villa so probably not the most suitable for elderly to get there.

We much enjoyed our stay. The villa was nice, well-furnished, spacious, and comfortable. it is the best place to go whenever you want to relax in a tropical resort with an authentic flavour. Is is only 45 minutes by boat from Singapore. Commincaton with Oliver was very kind and easy. We plan to come back again!

The villas were charming and exactly what we'd been hoping for. The pools and grounds were beautiful, private and well maintained (without being manicured!). And most of all, the staff were sincere, earnest, honest, friendly, proactive and welcoming ( Kudos to Wani and teams). I cannot speak highly enough. We have already recommended it to friends wherever we've heard a mention of Batam. This villa was just perfect for the time we needed. With a two minutes walk to the beach and pool, and easy accessibility to the neighboring resorts for activities, was a major highlight. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. We had a great time.

Wah, we went for retreat with colleagues, and this house really shiok ah! Super big, super nice, and somemore just a short walk to the beach. The beach there also power one—damn clean and water so clear can see your toes lah! The housekeeper, Kak Wani, steady lah, super friendly and always help us with whatever we need. But hor, got some downsides lah. The mozzies there like throw party, and nearby nothing much to makan or do. Lucky they got provide a lot of mosquito repellent, so can tahan lah. Also beware of the staircase to the beach, which can be super slippery and cause careless people to fall. Overall, still damn chill, value for money and relaxing place for retreat, just remember to stock up your snacks and drinks before you come. Don’t say never warn you ah!

Elsie was a fantastic hostess. She truly was invested in our enjoying our stay in Nongsa. The home itself was very comfortable, and we loved being on the deck with our jungle view. The pool and beach were nearby, and the staff members were responsive and friendly. If you want to sample local food beyond the resort, we found Gojek to be a very useful tool - we had great meals delivered to the gate. All in all, this was a very pleasant place to spend the holidays.
