2nd time returning back to stay, we left our toiletries in our previous stay, host is kind and helpful to keep until our next stay. Definitely not our last time stay, as we have yet to complete host food recommendations !

we had a wonderful stay at Feny’s place. the home was clean, comfortable, and just like the pictures. The location was perfect—peaceful and easy for grab to find. Feny’s assistance, Ms Nanda was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again!

this clean and comfortable apartment boasts a beautiful view of Batam. located right above a mall, staying here provided much convenience when it came to food options. having a TV in both the living room and bedroom, the space is ideal for getaways and great for relaxing. Diki was also helpful and provided a variety of snacks to welcome us. on a side note, we noticed that the wifi is not always reliable and it took us awhile to get the Netflix working. overall, we loved this place and will definitely be our apartment of choice when we return.

A good spacious unit with a wonderful view. Water heater was good, bed and sofa were comfy and the room was pretty clean. To top it off, the host Fifi was amazing. Always there to help when you need her. A wonderful host to deal with.

We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. The environment was peaceful and family-friendly, with an indoor playground at the shopping mall just downstairs and swimming pool that our kids enjoyed. It's about a 15-minute drive from Nagoya, so while not as lively as Nagoya area, it’s quiet and restful—great for a short getaway. The unit was generally clean. One thing to note is that the bathroom floor often stayed wet due to backflow from the floor trap, which was a minor inconvenience. Also, there was no hair dryer in the unit, but the host was very responsive and offered to send one over when we asked—really appreciated that. Overall, a comfortable stay with a responsive host. Would recommend for those who prefer a quieter location not too far from the main attractions.

We had a great stay during our trip to Batam, the rooms are clean which have a double and single with an extra mattress which accommodated for 4 people. I really like that there are many cabinets and console tables there, also in the bathroom, so that i can put many stuff without having to put on the floor. View to the city and sea are great, which during the hari raya, we can see people gathering and many activities at the padang. Towels are clean and got extra, so we can bring to swimming pool. You just need to adjust with the time, the swimming pool gets crowded in the afternoon. Kitchen drawer and cabinet need to be cleaned though, i think the cleaning service skip that. Overall it was a great stay, will definitely be back again.

Location is right next to the Batam Ferry Terminal so it’s very convenient with the Megamall just opposite as well. Good facilities, affordable price.

Great Location, Stunning View, and Super Convenient! I had a wonderful stay here! The view from the unit is amazing—perfect for relaxing mornings or quiet evenings. It’s very easy to get a Grab car from the location, which made exploring Batam super convenient. Plus, it’s just a 5-minute drive to Batam Center Ferry Terminal, which is perfect if you’re coming from Singapore. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommended and I’d definitely stay here again!

Its location near Harbour Bay is both convenient and practical, especially for short trips.
