Feny’s assistance, Ms Nanda was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Gunawan’s Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The location was quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Gunawan was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, even arranging a driver and van that made getting around Batam so convenient. The drivers were friendly, punctual, and always willing to help. The price was also very reasonable for such a comfortable stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A good spacious unit with a wonderful view. Water heater was good, bed and sofa were comfy and the room was pretty clean. To top it off, the host Fifi was amazing. Always there to help when you need her. A wonderful host to deal with.

The place is worth the price, and the high rise view is very astounding, also with gym and swimming pool (however swimming pool is crowded at evening time) Responsive and helpful owner. The front desk was having issue in find the house key and some communication mistakes, but owner quickly answered my call and help me to talk to the frontdesk directly

“Firstly, the room was clean and well-maintained. The gym and swimming pool were conveniently located just outside. If you enjoy walking and taking in scenic views, the area is very beautiful. For those who prefer to cook, the place is equipped with a rice cooker and other kitchen essentials. Lastly, the host was very friendly and had a sweet personality. Overall, the trip was great!🍀

We had a great stay during our trip to Batam, the rooms are clean which have a double and single with an extra mattress which accommodated for 4 people. I really like that there are many cabinets and console tables there, also in the bathroom, so that i can put many stuff without having to put on the floor. View to the city and sea are great, which during the hari raya, we can see people gathering and many activities at the padang. Towels are clean and got extra, so we can bring to swimming pool. You just need to adjust with the time, the swimming pool gets crowded in the afternoon. Kitchen drawer and cabinet need to be cleaned though, i think the cleaning service skip that. Overall it was a great stay, will definitely be back again.

Location is right next to the Batam Ferry Terminal so it’s very convenient with the Megamall just opposite as well. Good facilities, affordable price.

Great Location, Stunning View, and Super Convenient! I had a wonderful stay here! The view from the unit is amazing—perfect for relaxing mornings or quiet evenings. It’s very easy to get a Grab car from the location, which made exploring Batam super convenient. Plus, it’s just a 5-minute drive to Batam Center Ferry Terminal, which is perfect if you’re coming from Singapore. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommended and I’d definitely stay here again!
