Monthly Rentals in Bass River

First stay in Yarmouth was at Monica’s place! We loved it for a little weekend getaway. Felt safe and was clean. Communication was super fast and proactive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to enjoy the Cape. The house itself has all high end amenities (nice Weber and Blackstone grill, easy to operate sauna, awesome fire pit, nice high appliances, Lutron lights, minisplits, etc.). You can tell the owner spends time putting an investment to the property. Host was super responsive and very friendly. The location is great for families and made it easy for us given we were bringing dogs. For a pet friendly place, cleanliness was perfect. My kids loved all the fun toys and games that were provided and we ended up outside most evenings. Definitely recommend!

Had a lovely stay for a few weeks, working remotely during the day and exploring during off hours and weekends! This is a central location, making it extremely easy to explore several areas of the Cape. The home was exactly as pictured - very cute and comfortable with everything that I needed. The backyard seating area was a highlight! And the beds and linens are great - definitely among the best of anywhere that I’ve stayed. Highly recommend a stay here!
