Vacation rentals in Bas-Caraquet

Great location right on the water. Very close to the main town. Host always answered any questions quickly.

We had a lovely time staying at Laura and Francis's place while conducting environmental fieldwork! Would happily come and visit again (maybe on vacation! 😆).

Angela’s house is just as you see it in the pictures. The beach is great and literally in your backyard! The sunsets are incredible. The house is massive with a big kitchen ideal for groups and big families. The house is very well equipped and furnished with a thought for every detail to feel at home. It actually feels like a friends home you would have borrowed, that’s how homey it feels. The only downside like other comments mentioned are the bloody mosquitoes who will eat you alive after 5.00pm. It might have been nice to have a protected outdoor area. Also, if you’re picky with the taste of water, this one tastes a little bit like lake water. We had a great stay at Angela’s and we would all highly recommend the place to friends and family!

The perfect house to accommodate the family in comfort to visit the Acadian peninsula! Everything is spotless: design, functionality, furniture, amenities, location. Throughout our stay, we expressed our satisfaction with this place. We will definitely keep the contact information of these hosts for our next stay!

Very picturesque setting. House is nice, spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Large yard with multiple outdoor seating areas. Only a short distance from the Veloroute. Close proximity to neighbouring houses, so not much privacy but neighbours are friendly. Overall fantastic stay, host was very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our biking and activity needs.

Beautiful house near Bonaventure to enjoy the bay, the river, and the city. Well-equipped property to feel at home. The lack of greenery between the house and the road makes outdoor spaces a little less pleasant since it's noisy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We were very comfortable and enjoyed easy access to the beach.

It was such a lovely home. We enjoyed it a lot. We slept well in the comfortable bedrooms. And the living space was great for us. We did a lot, despite the weather! We loved the Veloroute and will go back to do more of it. It was fun for us, especially the boardwalk (that we could cycle) at Shippagan. Also, we had never heard of the Acadian Historic Village and it was well worth a visit. We went to the Miscou Lighthouse, walked the Miscou Bog Trail, visited the "Candy" Church, and just had a great time with our friends from Ontario.

We had a wonderful family visit over thanksgiving at Allison’s special home on the beach. The space and lay out was great for family and extended family. The views and outside space allowed for easily accessible fun.
