Great place to stay! Kristen was very helpful with instructions and the place was clean! Only minor issue was the thermostat has a lower limit so it got a little warm so bring a fan. Overall it's a great place to get away! Would definitely stay again!

Christines place was a great place to stay. It was very clean and accomadating with everything you could need for your stay. We felt right at home. Christine was great with communicating. She got right back to us when we had questions. We really loved being able to walk the property and fish in the ponds. Wildlife was everywhere. We saw plenty of deer, rabbits and the blue heron. Love that the back was fenced in for our doggie.

Super cozy, cute and quiet space. Very relaxing and enjoyable. The place was spotless!

Brian was too notch! A couple very very minor hiccups but he is In the top 1% of communication !! You will glad you chose Brian’s place for all the obvious good things but if anything remotely isn’t right HE IS ON IT! Nice work Brian hope to stay again soon

Great little getaway on a beautiful calm quiet lake. the house itself also has a lot more space that it appears to have in the description.

Debra was absolutely AMAZING, went above and beyond and made sure we felt right at home. The view is absolutely amazing, lots of deer and such and an astonishing view. Extremely grateful for being able to stay here and absolutely will book again when in the area! Thank you so much!

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was strong, and I appreciated the little touches like extra towels and a stocked coffee station. What really stood out, though, was the host. Communication was prompt and friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always available if I had any questions. Great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Braves game, making it incredibly convenient to get to and from the stadium. Larry & Team were communicative and made check-in easy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting for a game or looking to explore the area!

Me and my fiancé stayed here for three months, and we absolutely loved it. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. It is a basement apartment on the ground level of their house, and we never had any noise problems with them living above us. The neighborhood itself was so beautiful, and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend anyone to stay with Monique. She is very kind and always responded in a timely manner if I messaged her about something.

Paola is an outstanding host who made sure we were well situated from the moment we expressed interest in staying at her property to our check out. Everything was as she described and more, perfectly clean and comfortable, and well suited to Braves games and shopping. We hope to visit again soon.

Victoria was a wonderful host! Clean and accommodating! This is our second year renting this unit and we plan to be back again next year. This is the perfect unit for catching a Braves game. Can’t get any closer to Truist Park.

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

We had a great stay here for a wedding nearby. The location is an easy walk to the lake or to town for dinner. The place itself is well kept and clean.

Sharon was a great host! And was very responsive when I had questions or with any concerns and she has a binder on the kitchen counter with clear instructions on everything with local shopping places and there distance as well as fun places and restarts as well!!

We stayed at the Cottage for a wedding event nearby. We loved the coziness of the Cottage and the view of the woods with the beautiful fall leaves was amazing!! Would highly recommend!!

A beautiful peaceful place in the middle of the city.. My daughter did not want to leave & I already miss the gorgeous, quiet, serene surroundings.

This home is a beautiful location right on the river. It has a really cool loft area bedroom with multiple beds and two bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen came nicely, equipped only missing a few items. I would normally use in my day-to-day cooking. The living room was comfortable and big enough for our little family of four. There were definitely a few areas of concern that would easily be addressed when the owner or a maintenance person visits. First of all, we found a half, dead cockroach, and multiple millipedes inside the master bedroom. It may have just been sprayed, I don’t know, but they were there. The only big concern of mine was the nails sticking up out of the boards on the dock and stairs, I was concerned my kids would’ve ripped their foot open and made them wear shoes. Easy fix, but definitely a liability. Overall, it was just a wonderful place to stay. It was loaded with wood for the fire pit in fireplace in the living room. They also left some s’mores.

This was our second stay at the Architect’s Cottage. It was as peaceful and calm this time as before. The deck and lake are our favorite things but inside the house is great too: clean and cozy and beautifully appointed with unique furnishings, art and lighting. Thank you, Jennifer for making this available again for us.

Everything was easy from start to finish of our stay. Great communication. Beautiful property. Very peaceful & our dogs especially enjoyed running around. Saw dozens & dozens of deer. Appreciated all the snacks, coffee, creamer, etc. Loved our peaceful weekend at the farm while in town for our son's college track and field races. Will definitely be back!

It was super clean, well organized, and quiet. There is a shower in the master bedroom and a bathtub in the guest bathroom; both were excellent. The host and co-host’s hospitality went way beyond our expectations. We were blessed with fresh eggs from their farm, and the opportunity to meet the farm animals: horses, goats, chickens, cats, a donkey and a mini horse. We had a wonderful time. We will definitely be coming back.

Loved our time at this house! We will definitely book again when returning to the area! Everything about the rental and property was great!
