Vacation rentals with lake access in Bartlett

It was wonderful to be hosted by Mike and Johanna. As seasoned hosts, they had anticipated every one of our needs and potential questions about our stay and gave us detailed information. They responded to my queries patiently and promptly. This is our seventh year visiting Conway but only our second time at an Airbnb here. This is definitely the best way to experience a week-long stay at Conway. I particularly appreciated the workout equipment because of which I was able to keep up with my Pilates classes online. The kids (5 & 3) had a blast exploring the place. There were so many kids toys that we didn’t have any use for the ones we brought along. But do bring max strength mosquito repellent!!

We had a fantastic stay at Mark’s place! Everything is brand new, beautifully designed, and perfect for our ski getaway. The space was comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a day on the slopes. It was also great for the kids, with plenty of room (including a game room in the basement) and thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. Highly recommend and would love to return!

The house was beautiful. The walk down to the dock was also wonderful, the lake is beautiful. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well!

We had a wonderful stay at Roy’s house. We know the neighborhood well because we have family that lives there and we love it! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Our kids really enjoyed movie night downstairs. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you!

Yanire is an amazing host! I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the responses were to any question I had. The place is beautiful and spotless. Yanire was nice enough to offer some local restaurants and attractions which were perfect! Can’t recommend this place enough!

My family and I had an awesome stay at Peter’s cabin. The weather was perfect so we were able to take advantage of the beautiful lake on multiple kayak rides. There was lots of room for all 7 guests and tons to do, even for my 4 year old. The yard in the back is just stunning! The cabin is off the beaten path but also super close to lots of shops and restaurants. I reached out to Peter a few times and he responded within minutes each time. Truly an unforgettable experience!

The host was so responsive to our needs when we reached out. In a matter of minutes we received a response. Very impressive. My family stayed here for a long weekend and what a beautiful home it was. Although it rained 2 of the days, it didn’t stop us from have a really quiet and fun family togetherness. This location is so close to activities for the whole family. Kayaking was enjoyed by all. Such a peaceful pond. Thank you and will come back.

Lovely cottage even better than the pictures. Gorgeous view from the spacious open living area. We enjoyed the view during meals and then gathered together on the large couch to watch movies as a family. Everything was clean and clutter free. Fully stocked kitchen was appreciated. There's a paved rail trail across the street that was so easy to get to. All in all, very pleased with our stay.

We all had a wonderful time at the cottage! Beautiful location on the water super cute cottage perfect for what we need hoping to return next year!

Great location right on the lake! Amazing view! Very quiet and peaceful spot. Easy access to kayaking, canoeing, swimming, etc. This was our second time staying there and we will definitely be coming back!

We went for our baby moon. The location… ambience… all of it, created a relaxing and nice way to get away from the kiddos and celebrate adding an our third! We’ll come back with the kiddos next time though because the pond, paddleboards, and kayaks are more than worth it!

Nancy's house is fantastic in every way. The neighborhood is great, the house is secluded and offers great views from the deck and the dock. The kitchen is well-stocked. Outdoor recreational amenities include local hiking trails, four kayaks, a canoe and two SUPs. Kezar Lake offers a range of small and large zones to enjoy them all, launching from the house dock. Inside offers games, books, wifi and streaming media, and even a Lowery organ for some retro cheesy fun! Nancy is a great host, providing very welcoming and responsive comms. Her manual thoughfully lays all the options out. Besides daily music of loons, we had great wildlife encounters including swimming beavers and a rafter of at least 20 turkeys hurrying by the deck. We took a day to drive through the White Mountains on Kancamagus Scenic Byway (there and back) and visit the summit of Mt. Washington via the Cog Railway. It was an easy day round trip from the house with time to spare. We needed to unplug and Nancy's house delivered in style. If we return to Kezar Lake, we'll start by seeing if it is available again.

This is a great place! Being on an island is a completely unique take on Kezar Lake and the cottages are immaculate. The first cottage is updated with modern appliances and the second, while significantly older and without internet access, was very clean and had a nostalgic charm of it's own. Would definitely come back in the future!

This was the perfect place for our family when visiting family and attending a local graduation. Host was highly responsive when I had a check in questions. We enjoyed activities on the lake and evening campfires. I would stay here again and recommend for others.

Great peaceful location nestled in the woods. Exactly what we needed for our long weekend. Lots of games and things for kids to do in the house. We felt comfortable and welcomed. The park within walking distance was a plus too!
