upon arrival at the spacious free parking lot, you can use the private entrance through the hallway to your room, which is tastefully decorated. On the other side of the hallway is the bathroom with shower and toilet. No smoking and no pets are allowed in the entire stay. For a nice breakfast, aperitif or just relaxing, you can relax outside under the patio, where of course you can smoke.

Holiday house is located in a istrian village. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi for rejuvenation and relaxion. The vilage street isva part of the bicycle route to Skitača a popular destination for hikers. Legend has it that the waters of the Skitača springs has a healing property. Only 10 minutes drive will take you to the nearest beaches in Rabac.

Studio apartment close to the sea

The apartment has been completely redone in 2019. It is a small studio apartment of 25 m2 or 270 ft2 and a terrace of 5m2 (50 ft2). The apartment in on the first floor of our family home. The house itself is elevated from the street so you have 20 steps to get to the apartment and can see our beautiful Adriatic sea.
