This lovely 3-room suite in our home has a private entrance. Rooms include bedroom, private bathroom, and sitting room/art studio with a sofa bed. 10 minutes from University of New Hampshire, and 30 minutes from Portsmouth. Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.

First timers at Swains Lake and we fell in love - stunning lake and stunning property. Marilyn and Cheri were very responsive and helpful getting checked in. The house was just as described and we felt very comfortable and at home there. Good mix of modern appliances and country charm. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, plates, etc including sandwich bags and garbage bags and cleaning supplies. Bathroom was clean and had amenities as well. The location is magical- right on Swains Lake with dock and beach access. There’s a fire put right at the lakeside that we used every night. Very short ride to neighboring towns with grocery, restaurants and bars. But just far enough removed to have a relaxing stay. We wanted a weekend to recharge our batteries and got exactly that. We’re already talking about another trip to this property. Would stay again and again.

Beautiful Serene Lake House!

Great place. House is great, spacious, clean and has everything you need. We loved the lake view, the private beach, fireplace, the canoe and kayak were great additions too. The lake is big enough to have fun and it is so quiet. We had a really good time. Kids had a blast ! Thank you so much for such place ! We always like to change Airbnb locations but we may have to do an exception here :-)

Kira was a very responsive host. The description of the home was accurate we are sad that so much time was spent away at the wedding we were in the area for. The road to get to her home is a little rough but nothing the host can do about that. All in all beautiful spot!!!! Coffee on deck my favorite ❤️

We were looking for a place close to Hampton Beach and this airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was about a 25 minute ride from the boardwalk and it was perfect for us, especially because we were just there for a show over night. The place was clean, comfortable, quiet and felt homey. We will definitely be staying again when visiting the area.
