The house is great, true to the photos of Airbnb, the rooms are large and airy, living space with very pleasant integrated kitchen, but the high point is the balcony with a barbecue and sea view, there we spend most of the time. Communication with both Sílvia and the homemaker (who welcomed us) has always been very easy and fast. It's definitely a place worthwhile and we'll be back!

Our stay was wonderful! Rafael's house is like in the pictures, comfortable, tidy, clean, on a super quiet street and close to the beach! There was absolutely nothing left for us, including having beach chairs, table, umbrella, cooler made all the difference for us, it helped us a lot!!! Rafael is very friendly and quickly answered us every time we need him, in addition to giving us good tips, so that our days were amazing!! It was so worth it!!! We highly recommend Rafael's place!!

Very attentive host, from the beginning of the negotiation. We are concerned about our well being and always willing to assist our needs. On arrival it gave us several tips about the city and tours. In addition, they left a couple who live nearby on standby to help us if necessary. We were in a group of 13 people and all were very well accommodated. The beach access is short and easy. The beach is very good, quiet and familiar. We recommend!!!!!

The apt is great, well furnished and the sea view is wonderful! The beach is clean and it's right in front. The building's pool is not very large, but fulfills its function, although the sun falls on it only until 1:00 pm or so. The building is not very tall and has few apartments, which makes it easier to maintain the place. There is a supermarket and restaurant very close by.

We loved the stay. Everything was very clean, organized, had everything we needed inside the house and around the city, the beach was nearby, you can walk there. The bathtub was very nice, everything was impeccable. We loved it ❤️

Excellent apartment, fully equipped for you to feel at home. From bath towels to a hairdryer. From the coffee cups to the barbecue items, nothing was missing in the house. I loved it and would certainly stay again if I had another chance.

Carol's place is wonderful. The house is large, well maintained, comfortable and beautiful. It is very close to the beautiful Mariscal beach. It was a super special family weekend, and the house was certainly the highlight of our gathering. The outdoor area is a show of its own I recommend it to everyone and we will certainly be back. Carol was always very quick and kind in our exchanges of messages!!

The stay exceeded expectations! The house, the grounds, the lawn are beautiful and better than in the photos! Simon was very friendly and responds promptly. The housekeeper Sonia welcomed us and gave us all the instructions and details of the place. All rooms were clean, organized and organized with impeccable bed linen and towels. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent and is a 5-minute walk to the beach (the beach is also very good with adequate structure with bar, restaurants and bathroom). The only detail to note is that the listing says there are surveillance cameras only outside, but inside the house there are at least 4 between the TV room, living room, kitchen and common area of the upper floor. This made us initially uncomfortable and when we asked Simon he assured us that they were all turned off. I think if they don't work they could remove them for greater comfort. Anyway, we loved it and it is certainly in my plans to return to Antigo Moinho!
