The house is as pictured, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is large, it has everything you need. There is a market, pharmacy, bakery nearby. You can walk or drive to the beach. The hostess Rita gave us a good orientation about the house and what it had, if we had to bring something, she responded quickly, her mother lives next door but at no time did this interfere with our stay. We'll be back more often for sure 🩷🩷

Simply perfect! The house is wonderful, super clean, organized, exactly as shown in the photos (or even better!). The location is excellent for those seeking peace, contact with nature and real rest. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming from the first contact. Even with some minor setbacks, Tatiane was super helpful, attentive and showed real concern for our experience, which made all the difference. We felt at home and we already want to go back! I recommend it without a doubt. 💛

A cottage on the beach!! This is the best definition for that quiet place, of a lot of nature and beautiful birds!! All very well cared for, very clean, prepared with great affection. A Rosane very friendly, quick to return. Neusa who welcomed us is a very kind person, I saw her dedication in the care of the house and utensils so that we did not lack anything, she taught us about the birds that always came close to us, and to show us the beautiful garden that cultivates. The house is very nice, has a lot of space, an area with large barbecue, pool with a view of the forest listening to the singing of birds, very good showers! Excellent refrigerators. Simply wonderful! We stayed for my stepdaughter's 15th birthday and the house exceeded all expectations. We were 9 people in the family and everyone was super comfortable. The gourmet area was one of the highlights — we had a good time there, cooking, talking and celebrating together. Every detail of the house is thoughtfully designed, even a hair dryer in all three bathrooms (a treat that made a difference!). The location also helped a lot, since it was close to the party venue. And the owner? A sweetheart! Always available, super attentive and helpful, which made everything even more peaceful. It's definitely a house we'll want to come back to. A thousand stars!

The place is quiet, it is close to the beach, more or less a block, has a very close market with good structure. The house is in line with the announcement, all appliances working, has 2 refrigerators, but one of them very little, but we were warned at the time of check-in on this issue. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was bad, the toilets were musty when we arrived. Tirando some details I recommend the house, has good structure, large backyard for several cars, the house has cameras and alarm, which makes it much safer.

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

We had a great experience hosting! The kitchen was impeccably clean and equipped with all the household utensils working perfectly. The rooms were also well organized, with air conditioning in full operation, ensuring a comfortable stay. The toilets were all in great condition, no problem at all. The host Andreia was always very attentive and quick in the responses. Also, we were greeted by Rozani and her husband, who were extremely helpful, providing us with valuable information about the location and the surroundings. The location is also excellent! The local beach is very good and, in addition, there are several nearby shops, including markets, pharmacies, bakeries and shops, which brought even more convenience for our stay. the only point to improve would be the upstairs wi-fi that had a weak signal. I recommend the place and I will come back again if I go to Itapoá again.

The house was very good, spacious and quite clean, the mattresses are already quite worn. The area is not so touristy but a nice place to be quiet, at night the neighbors made quite a bit of noise

The Red Sobradinho is charming, cozy and bright. We were super comfortable and very well accommodated. The yard is beautiful and the location near the beach is great! We were even able to appreciate the Caiçara culture in the throwing of the net for mullet fishing. The weekend was perfect!❤️🙌🏼

The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

A lot of peace, security, lots of things to do, amazing view of the beach, lots of convenience, no doubt will be our destination many times still, thank Hosts for all attention and sympathy! I stayed at the home of Luana and Lucas and it was an amazing experience! The house is very large, super airy and all the rooms have a sea view, which makes the stay even more special. The structure is complete, with all the utensils and equipment necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent: the beach in front is wonderful, quiet, without turmoil. In addition, the house is close to the pharmacy and supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Without a doubt, a hosting I recommend with my eyes closed!

If you're looking for a beautiful place to rest and comfort, Refugio is the place. Beautiful and clean house, comfortable beds, new good quality bed and bath linens, clean and smelling fresh, clean bathrooms, good showers, full kitchen, household appliances and portable electronics working perfectly, dishes, cutlery, platters, pots to prepare meals, oven and wood stove, I even made bread and cake. The decoration is beautiful and the outside is wonderful with rivers and woods around and ample space for hiking and enjoying nature. The trails on the property were a differential, we did it as a family with young people, the elderly and even 1 baby. It was really cool. Carlos was the host and from the first contact he was extremely kind, responded quickly, answered questions, gave suggestions to make the most of the place and was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Upon arrival, there was a complimentary basket of sweet corn and a kind message. We felt welcomed, important and at home at the Refuge. We will definitely be back.
