The house is well maintained, the terrace and pool are very comfortable and nice. Just as a suggestion, leave keys for all the doors and maybe the TV could be in a common area like the living room And with an antenna that works, because we couldn't watch TV

Check-in was easy, Ludy welcomes you, te show the house and how do the work laves. The house is bigger than what expected and is highly equipped, has everything you may need. It's a great option for large groups. There are even games of many board games, ice makers, beach toys, the kitchen has everything. Cozy, large, clean, with a pool. Great place, would definitely come back.

Alejandros place was Awesome!! Me my family and friends alllll loved the house and the area was nice quiet and exactly what we wanted. A cool spacious modern home in a small beach town we were 10min away from the beach walking.. we had a 8yr old with us and she absolutely loved the house especially the Pool. Wuicho was also very helpful friendly and responsive he met us at the at the house and showed us how everything worked. GREAT HOUSE WE DEFINITELY ENJOYED OUR STAY and would stay there again ! Kris was an excellent host and can't thank him and his family for sharing his home in this beautiful location. The house was perfect! pool was a great escape from the beach. Plenty of space for 7 guests. Surroundings were beautiful and friendly. The walk to the beach was a little challenging but there was plenty of parking if you want to drive. only takes 3 minutes.

We loved our stay at the condo, the private beaches were pristine, the condo was beautifully decorated, my daughter loved the pools and the slide, hours of fun and entertainment for us. We had some internet issues for two days but it was not the hosts fault and she did all she could to resolve the issue quickly. We would recommend this as a place to stay in Manzanillo.

Everything was very good, clean, tidy, we were a family of 12, all with our own room and bathroom, Mrs. Mary came every day to clean, very close to the beach, the pool was clean, in general everything was very good, just as a recommendation, include more large pans in the kitchen since there are only two and it was a little difficult to prepare food for the number of people we were, I highly recommend the house

We loved Octavio’s place so much. It was our paradise for the week for our family. It was beautiful, had great facilities, located well and the beach was beautiful. We had the best stay and would recommend to anyone. We hope to visit again

Good place to spend a relaxed end, the village is very quiet. The apartment is less than 5 minutes from the beach, it is a quiet beach without many waves. Everything as described in the post, the only thing is that the pool is cold, from there everything is perfect.

Leonardo is amazing super responsive and extremely helpful. He sent me voice messages with all the rules and instructions on how to get in and out as his place is in a private sector. The pool is amazing and there is plenty of staff always willing to help. Also bathrooms by the pool are clean. His condo is very neat and organized, could use some extra bathroom amenities.
