Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Our beautiful, sun-drenched vacation home is built in wood construction and offers everything a family or small tour group needs. A fully equipped open kitchen, four spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sunny terraces, a large garden and a double carport. The house has underfloor heating and is completely barrier-free, including the showers. The location on the outskirts of town offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding hills of the Weser Uplands, the Ith and the Kanstein.

Small, cozy bedroom with a single bed and bathroom. Exclusive kitchen available, as well as shared use of laundry room and terrace with grill. Parking is available in the courtyard, to the right of the house. 3 km from the old town. Marktkauf, Mediamarkt, Baumarkt and other shops are within walking distance. It is a suite in a single-family house (bungalow) where our family lives. We have two lovely dogs (Lilli and Berry) who like to welcome our guests.

In the village and yet central

Our apartment is located in a two-family house in Fischbeck. It is on the 2nd floor and has a balcony. The apartment is very conveniently located for cyclists and has very good connections to Hameln. The bus runs every half hour during the week. Hanover can also be reached via the A2 or the federal highway within 45 minutes. In the village there is a good restaurant, Greek snack bar, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor.

Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Even before my arrival, communication with Lars was exemplary. I was informed about current events at all times. Everything went super easy. I was very warmly welcomed by Lars and I can't thank him enough for this very pleasant stay in Lars' beautiful studio apartment. I found the apartment nicely prepared and clean. There is a small kitchen, which I did not use (I was always invited to friends' houses :)), but which is very practical if necessary, especially because there is also a fridge. The surrounding area is very appealing, familiar, quiet and green. I felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back on occasion. Thank you dear Lars!

We were in Hameln for a short vacation for three nights. The area with the Weser is beautiful and the city center is within walking distance. The place is great, we felt comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. Only the nearby main road is worth mentioning, which can be a problem for sensitive people.

Great for larger groups with common area but also privacy in the individual apartments. Quiet location on the field. Easy check-in and easy contact with Bernd. There was even a mid-week cleaning. Thanks so much for a great week there!

We felt very comfortable, the apartment is very comfortably furnished, very clean and everything was exactly as described. The garden was of course perfect in the dream weather and also our little dog was very welcome and felt comfortable. We were able to easily reach all destinations by bike and Dorothea was always very friendly and helpful. We had a great week there.
