Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

There were five of us (4 adults and one toddler) in Pietrasanta for two weeks. We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is beautiful and has a great garden with terrace. It was clean and there was everything you could ever need. Only the way to the beach and into town was a little longer than we thought. But it was still doable with the bikes. Frederico is a very nice host. He was always available, kind and helpful. Checking in and out was very straightforward. All in all, we had a great time here and can definitely recommend the cottage. This holiday home has exceeded our expectations! The location is truly beautiful, with a breathtaking view. What also stood out to us was the cleanliness of the house. Everything was sparkling clean on arrival, from the kitchen to the bedroom and bathroom. It immediately made us feel comfortable, which made us feel right at home. And honestly: the view and atmosphere are even more beautiful than on the pictures! We were really positively surprised when we arrived. In short, if you are looking for a clean and well-maintained holiday home with a beautiful view, this is highly recommended!

Carlo and Elena made sure that we felt at home right away. The welcome was the best you could ask for. The place is beautiful and clean and very comfy. They gave us a lot of tips for the area. And surprised us multiple times with delicious treats. We will be back for sure.

Very appreciated stay with our adorable hosts. Pleasant and warmly decorated accommodation, vast and lush outdoor space, access to the pool, contact with animals, and easy and warm exchanges with Roberto, Barbara and their family, attentive. We loved it.

We had a lovely stay in Sommocolonia! Nice small apartment with balcony and everything we needed in the house. Despite the central location in the middle of the village it was very quiet in the evening. Lots to do in the surroundings, such as hiking, canyoning, caves, swimming, and lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Loved Barga a lovely small town 15 minutes drive down the hill.

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, along with the very sweet dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located above a hill of Balbano, thus ensuring a great silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still being renovated so it is a nice house, but with a few small fixes still missing. Overall a good experience.
