Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Barcelonès

This house is fantastic, I lack of words to describe how good it is. We are a group of 6 people, 5 of them are my senior family, the elevator in the house is so convenient for them to go up and down. There are only two bedrooms (on 1.5 floor and 2.5 floor respectively) that need to climb half a floor to get there, which is totally fine for us, just FYI. 3 bedrooms are on 2nd floor with elevator right to that floor. We loved the house very much, big space, clean, equipped with all things you need for kitchen, comfy sofa, close to metro and supermarket, quiet neighborhood, etc. It’s too bad that it’s still too cold for us though to swim in the pool, I hope to come back to this house in summer and enjoy it. Also the towels are super soft, I also love that. Just cannot find anything negative about this house!

Logement vraiment très propre. Agencement et décoration de très bon goût. Wifi fibre optique. L'emplacement est très calme. La nuit est totalement silencieuse. Carla est très arrangeante. Nous avons pu quitter à 13h30 au lieu de 11h. la maison est très mignonne, et le coin charmant. Nous recommandons ce choix.

Our weekend in colbato was really wonderful. Javier was super helpful and his place was great value. Please note that the transport to colbato as shown on Google doesn’t exist! But it’s a short 40 minutes from Barcelona central. Beautiful nature, great restaurant up the hill, beautiful little town centre. Thank you for our great weekend!

¡Una experiencia maravillosa en La Masia de Carmen! Celebré mi cumpleaños con amigos, familia y alumnos de yoga en un mini retiro de fin de semana. La casa es preciosa, con alma, rodeada de naturaleza y perfectamente conservada desde 1969, con una energía muy especial. Estuvimos descalzos, cocinamos juntos, practicamos yoga, nos bañamos en la piscina (¡en abril!) y disfrutamos de una conexión auténtica entre todos. Carmen fue muy atenta desde el inicio: nos dio instrucciones claras por el chat de Airbnb y, al llegar, nos explicó todo con detalle y cariño. También nos tranquilizó al saber que estaban cerca por si surgía cualquier cosa. La masia y su entorno es un auténtico espacio de bienestar donde no se necesita mucho más, se respira paz, calma y armonía. Además, hay supermercados cerca y estación de tren a pocos minutos. Todos quedamos encantados con la experiencia, y muchos de mis invitados ya están deseando volver. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

Hemos pasado nuestras vacaciones de casi 3 semanas allí. Desde el primer momento nos hemos sentido como en casa. Santiago es una persona muy amable y atento. Si buscas tranquilidad y turismo local entonces estás en el sitio adecuado. Si buscas un centro comercial tienes cerca el de Mataro que en 15 min. en coche estás allí y si te apetece pasar un día con muchos turistas tienes cerca Calella. En Arenys de Mar que esta a pocos minutos tienes todo lo esencial que necesitas. Si quieres ir a la playa andando también estas en un pispas allí y si te llevas a tu perro tienes la suerte que precisamente allí está una zona reservada para ellos. Al estar la casa en una zona con mucha arboleda verás ardillas y escucharás el búho. En definitiva hemos vuelto contentos y con las pilas cargadas.

The view from the terrace is exactly like the pictures, except in person it is truly awe inspiring. Our host’s assistant, Dani, was so helpful and super responsive and friendly. The location is great. Right in the center of everything and all you have to do is find your way to the Arc d’Triomph and the apt is one block away. This is one of the best Airbnb stays I have ever had. So clean and comfortable. And Barcelona? We should have stayed at least twice as long!

Die Wohnung ist für Barcelona äußerst ruhig! Vogelgezwitscher weckt einen, nicht Straßenlärm! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht-zu toppen nur noch durch eine Kapsel-Kaffemaschine! Sehr gutes Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer! Die Nachbarschaft ist angenehm, das zu Fuß gut zu erreichende Grácia ist einer der schönsten Stadtteile Barcelonas! Auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist gut, Metro und Busse nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Ramon hat uns in der Wohnung begrüßt, alles erklärt und Tipps gegeben! Er ist ein äußerst umsichtiger hilfsbereiter Host, nochmals herzlichen Dank!

I cannot recommend Maria’s home enough. What a find! Such a peaceful area, we felt like we came home to peace and quiet every evening after a busy day in the city, it was such a pleasure. The terrace is just the perfect place to sit and relax. Only a 15 minute tube ride into the city centre. Thanks to Maria’s maps of the local area we discovered that the Church of the Sacred Heart was just 2 stops away, and so very worth the visit. Sant Cugat is also a fantastic village and we enjoyed a fabulous evening there. Overall I would highly recommend Maria’s home, its location, it has everything you need, super clean and just a spot of beauty and peace in a very busy city! We’ll be back! Thank you Maria.

For me, this flat is exactly what AirBNB is supposed to be about - an incredibly unique experience delivered by a personal host. So much of AirBNB stock is now operated by corporate property managers that force you to do a lot of things off platform. Not this place. From the minute we arrived, Tim made us feel right at home by greeting us and showing us around the place. Throughout our stay, he did everything he could to make us feel comfortable and at home (thanks for the extra firewood!). This has to be one of the most unique places you could possibly stay in Barcelona - right in the heart of the heart of it. I will say that this is located in a very busy area and there definitely is a little noise at night but we weren't bothered by it. The place is funky and quirky and incredibly cozy with the fire place and amazing rooftop views. One of my favorite places I've ever stayed and a lifetime memory for our family. Thank you!

The flat is spacious and airy, with high ceilings and lovely period features. The bedrooms are comfortable and we enjoyed the light sitting area, a nice place to have a coffee. We found it easy to get into the centre on the metro (two stops are within 5 mins walk from the flat), and the Museu Nacional d’art de Catalunya is a scenic 15 minute walk - fantastic views from the top! Well worth walking up there for the view of the city alone. There are some nice tapas bars and places to eat locally, and a handy list of places to go provided by the hosts.

The Apartment was absolutely stunning! Location could be better - in the middle of the main shopping area (high end and boutique), walkable to everything. Roberto was so great and helpful- responded immediately! Would 100% recommend and stay there again! Also, comfy beds/pillows and awesome powerful blow dryers for the ladies!!!!

Magnifique apparemment en atic avec superbe terrasse, très bien aménagé. Hôte aux petits soins. Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous nous réjouissons d'y retourner à nouveau

Schöne Villa mit einem wunderschönen Pool und toller Aussicht. Ausreichend Platz und modern eingerichtet. Ivan war sehr freundlich und bei einem kurzen Ausfall der Poolanlage wurde sehr schnell gehandelt und das Problem behoben. Das Reinigungspersonal hätte etwas gründlicher arbeiten können, Gläser und Teller mussten wir vor Anwendung nochmal spülen, die Outdoor Lounge hatte zum Teil Flecken . Alles in allem war es aber eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Unbedingt nach Sitges, dies ist nur 10 Min mit dem Auto erreichbar, süßes Städtchen und sehr schöner Strand. Nach Barcelona sind es ca. 40 Minuten. Ein Auto braucht man unbedingt, Lidl und Aldi auch in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Echt Klasse ! Meine Kinder 10/12/17 , meine Frau und die Freundin (18) meines Ältesten Sohn waren direkt ind diese Unglaublich schöne Villa verliebt! Ich muss schon sagen das ich sehr penibel bin, doch zu 99% war ich mit der Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Leider bin ich mit der Bedienung nicht ganz klar gekommen, doch Jan war am nächsten Tag vor Ort und hat mich nochmals eingewiesen. Die beiden waren super Sympathisch und sind auf meine Bedürfnisse zu 100% eingegangen. Zur Location: Sie liegt ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Dorf, Sitges und dessen Strand sind mit dem Motorrad und auch mit dem Auto nur 18 min entfernt. Ich habe sehr viele Radfahrer bemerkt und es gibt einen Tennis Platz in der Nähe :) Die Räume der Villa sind echt gut geschnitten, besonders die Eltern Sweet mit dem begehbaren Schrank und den Whirlpool hat es uns angetan. Unten hat uns die Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Pool ! Besonders schöne Aussicht in der Nacht :) danke euch für diesen wunderschönen

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette grande villa! L’endroit est calme, la maison est parfaite pour accueillir de grands groupes. Les hôtes sont adorables et très réactifs. Nous recommandons sans aucun doute. Merci encore !

Claire a été très disponible ,bienveillante et aux petits soins avec nous. Dès notre arrivée nous avons eu droit à un petit set accueil réconfortant, et les nécessités de bases (Eau, fruits, boisson…). Claire nous aussi orienté sur les différents restau et activités, commerce et transports à proximité durant notre séjour (si elle recommande une voiture ÉCOUTER LÀ lol) Maison incroyable au design sixteen et moderne à la fois, 2 piscines et une salle de sport tout était propre et mis à disposition pour notre confort 10/10. We booked the villa for a group of 14 and found we had plenty of space! Bedrooms were spacious and practical with plenty of clothes storage, there were enough chairs for us to sit round the table together (both inside and out) and there was plenty of space for us all to sit by the pool too! The location was good - we were able to get taxis into Sitges easily with Soledad’s recommendations and it took around 20 minutes. The area itself was peaceful and the views from the terrace were lovely! Communication with Soledad prior to and during our trip was fantastic - she gave us great recommendations and answered all of our queries quickly. We had a fantastic stay and would certainly return and recommend to others!

Our stay was wonderful. The kitchen was nicely stocked. They’ve provided every little thing for the kids. The playpen, high chair. There was abundance of toys and table games downstairs. Wonderful views to the valley from the top by the pool deck. Must have car to drive around to nearby towns. Everything seems to be within the 20 min drive range. Hosts were extremely nice and fast responding any of our questions, overall a great staycation in Olivella, Spain Thanks Paula and Chris
