A UNIQUE AND AUTHENTIC PREMIUM WINE TOUR IN PENEDÉS WINE REGION! 2 WINERIES & LUNCH We'll discover the unknown wine producers of the famous wine region of El Penedés driving my vintage Mehari, an antique open-top car. I'll drive you to the most beautiful vineyards and family wineries of the region where you'll meet the winegrowers and the family members of the cellars. A member of the family will explain you the process of the wine and cava making. We visit two old wineries in the countryside and we taste some Premium wines or cavas with snack in each winery. While we're on the car among the historical vineyards I'll explain you all the secrets, curiosities and peculiarities of the region. After all we'll rest - we'll have time to chill- in a grass area among vineyards and old trees. I'll prepare a picnic to enjoy local products and of course try other wines/cavas of the region (number of cups of cava/wine unlimited during the meal). The meal is always at the end of the tour. Kayaking & Lagoon Dipping Costa Brava
Explore Costa Brava, the marvelous coastal landscape characterized by Aleppo and Stone pine trees overhanging the steep cliffs and sandy beaches with crystal clear water. We will start our hour long adventurous coastal path - Camino de Ronda, in Sant Feliu de Guixols and follow the rocky coastline while discovering some typical aromatic plants that grow in the Mediterranean. This path served as a patrolling frontier against groups of smugglers after the Franco’s dictatorship took over in 1939. In an hour at most, we will reach the splendid beach in Sant Pol de S’Agaró. We will change into swim clothes and get ready at the Escola de Vela for our kayaking explorations. Our sea kayaking adventure will take approx. 2.5hrs and will lead us to one secret cave where we will enjoy the first refreshing bath. The sea kayaks will allow us to gently propel along the amazing coastal cliffs while enjoying the marine ecosystems including seagulls, cormorants, and a variety of fish. We will find a secluded spot among the rocks to enjoy some crystal clear lagoon dip and a snorkel if desired. In the end, I will recommend local restaurants so that you can reward yourselves with a famous seafood dish called paella. There will also be free time to enjoy the beach. Other things to note: The kayaking activity will be determined by the current sea conditions on the day of the experience.

We will experience Montserrat’s Natural Park and its Monastery with a passionate local guide in a premium small group up to a maximum of 8 people. During the hike we will walk on the same paths used by pilgrims hundreds of years ago, we will get inspired by Montserrat’s fascinating flora and fauna and we will experience unique ways where rocky pillars and ravines show us how inner mysterious water emerge from the hidden and undiscovered very center of the massif. Back down in the Monastery area, we have some free time where you can browse amongst regional products in the local farmer’s market before we head back to Barcelona. During this experience, you'll discover the essential technics of jewelry and the process of making a silver ring. I will let you choose your ring from samples of what can be done during the workshop, then we will melt the metal to make an ingot and then a silver wire. Then, will come the moment of making your jewel. Sawing, hammering (giving a texture to the metal), welding, filing and finally polishing will be the actions you will put into practice. I will be present and advise throughout the entire manufacturing steps, so that you can leave with your jewel. All material (sterling silver) and tools will be provided. Water, tea, coffee are available during the class. You will discover the secrets of Montserrat Monastery and Hike the Natural Park Off the Beathen Path with a passionate local guide in a small group of max 8 people. Cook Classic Paella with a Chef
This 4-course workshop lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is a great introduction to the world of paella and Spanish cuisine.  You will be greeted by one of our hosts with a glass of cava and then walked through the concept behind The Paella Club and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, guests will organise themselves in groups of one-two per cooking station, where they will find every utensil and ingredient needed to cook each paella under the promise of a fully immersive and dynamic experience. Depending on the size of the class, several varieties of paella will be made at each class so that all of the guests are able to learn how to create and taste more than one type of paella.  You will feel at home while our staff guides you through our "10 secret paella steps." This is paella! w Boquerías Mkt Tour
In this amazing day we´ll go for a quick but rewarding tour around Boquerías´s Market, followed by a warm an relaxed Paella lunch in a lovely apartment just 5 minutes walking away! I will show you where I buy all the fresh ingredients for the Paella, and we will walk through the fabulous market, my favorite place in Barcelona, so that you can see in detail how one of the most iconic markets in Europe lives. From there we will go to my house, where we will have appetizers, I´ll teach you how to prepare the Spanish "bread with tomato", we will make sangria together, and the delicious Catalan cream for dessert, while we wait for the Paella :). All this in a beautiful living room with balconies to the Ramblas, with soft drinks, beer and good wines, it´ll be a day that you will enjoy a lot! Other things to note Just dress comfortably and consider the weather since we´ll walk a few minutes (5) from the market to the apartment. We will walk a short part of this beautiful coastal path together until we reach a pleasant beach of the Costa Brava. The entire walk will take around 1 hour and we will be well rewarded by delightful sea views at every step. The sea kayaks will allow us to gently propel along the amazing costal cliffs and rock formations while enjoying the marine ecosystems. The sea kayaking activity will take 2 hours aprox and is perfectly suitable for all participants without any previous kayaking experience. Once we reach a suitable cove we will take a short break, if desired, to regenerate strength, swimm or simply stop for a while and keep admiring the coastal landscape characterized by pine trees overhanging the steep cliffs and sandy beaches with crystal clear water. Spending a full day on the coast in the Costa Brava is a perfect opportunity to taste the famous seafood dish called – paella. We will recommend the best restaurants for you to enjoy this traditional dish in your free time after the kayaking experience. There will also be enough time to sunbathe, relax on the beach or take a swim in the crystal clear waters. Other things to note We recommend that you take the swimsuits under your clothes so as not to waste a lot of time in the locker room.

I will pick you up with my car from your hotel in Barcelona or surroundings (20 km), and then I will drive you to the most important places in Barcelona. First we will start from Plaza Espanya, the MNAC, will continue to the Olimpic Stadium, the Montjuic Castle, the Mirador de l'Alcalde, the Port, the Olimpic Port, the Barceloneta Quarter, Passeig de Gracia, Casa Batlló, Casa Milà, and Sagrada Familia, and finally I bring you back to yout hotel or apartment. All the tour will be done by car, a comfortable Mercedes Benz GLK, and some stops will be done around the city, to take pictures and walk around. The first stop is Girona (Game of Thrones?). A perfect mix of history, architecture, and...food! We will take a nice stroll through the narrow streets of the Old Town and the Roman Walls. Right after we will move into the Catalan Countryside, we deserve to be surrounded by the nature. The second stop is Peratallada , probably the less known but the most charming and well-preserved medieval village in the Empordà region. A nice stroll around and a few pictures later we will take you for lunch at Calella de Palafrugell, an old fishing village formed by several coves that still preserve the charm of the villages of the area, with narrow streets and some traditional two-floor fishermen’s dwellings.
