Lory's place is as described, the terrace is fantastic as are the views over the sea and to the horizon. There are a couple of good restuarants close by but you will need a car to fully enjoy the experience. A great quiet place to relax, unwind and get away from everyday life.

A kind and considerate landlord. Always present and available. The house is in a strategic and central place. The layout and organization of the house is better than shown on the site (I would recommend to Alberto to take different photos). We had a wonderful time. Thank you

Our favorite place that we have stayed in Sicily. A retreat from the busy cities but close enough to go and see tourist attractions, the beach and eat wonderful food. We loved sitting quietly and reading as well as walking around the home and of course, the outdoor bbq. Perfect place to eat bbq sunset meals and listen to nature. We felt well cared for, the cottage had everything we needed, recommendations were excellent. Make sure to visit the bakery in Santa Rita! Caltanisetta was also a welcoming and beautiful place. Thank you so much, we hope to return and stay much longer!

Well-maintained, clean apartment for 2 people with all the essentials. The host has always been kind and available for anything we needed since our arrival. Flexible check-in and check-out, Jose always met our requests. The location of the house is not central to the city and unfortunately the area where it is located is not well maintained. Without a car you need to rely on buses (feasible but not easy) or walk at least to the center (about 25 minutes walk). The house's wifi is great too.

A simple but beautiful villa with plenty of space, several terraces and a beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea. From there you can explore the area on foot or by car and you can discover something new every day. Be it the Castello, the Capo Milazzo or the old and new center of the city. The house is simply furnished, not up to date, but this also has its charm. Yes, there are no real showers or air conditioning, but this has been made up for by the view, the spacious garden and much more. I would like to highlight Alessandra and her family. Super friendly, helpful and respond very nicely and promptly to inquiries. Thank you for 2 great weeks in Sicily.

We stayed 4 nights in the flat and went on day trips to Syracusa, Taormina and Etna. First, the flat is confortable, with every bedrooms having shower and toilets. The living room/kitchen is big enough to have breakfast but not enough confortable if you plan to stay the all day inside. Secondly, but up to me, it is well decorated with upcycled stuff. Finally, the flat is well located. Lots of restaurants and bar near by. And few minutes walking from main touristic area. Stazione centrale might be a little bit far away.

The perfect location to be close to Tropea but also have privacy and peace. Luisa was very kind and was always available to answer our questions. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed, the parking space was also very appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a peaceful space while also being close to the beaches.

Beautiful historic house renovated and modernized. Nothing negative to report, very large, excellent fixtures, excellent kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outdoor space. If you want, you can walk out and visit the center of Acireale. Super helpful owners for anything. If the place isn't perfect for your needs, they'll do everything to fix it. 😁💪

We had a great stay. Francesco who welcomed us gave lots of useful recommendations and was always on hand to help. The villa was as described. We loved the outhouse next to the pool and hot tub and enjoyed playing pool and cooking there. Our only downside was that there is no where to walk to nearby although this was warned of with a car being advised as essential. The beaches are 30-40 minute car journey away. We visited scala dei turchi, licata, valley of temples and Cefalu with Cefalu being a longer day trip (1.5 hours each way) but worth it. Thank you, we will back to Sicily I am sure!

Very beautiful and peaceful place . The outside is beautiful and everything is very well maintained. Andrea is responsive and indicates all the places that are available in the area. The place is big enough for a family of 5 and we had a great time there. Thank you for everything.

Our stay was very pleasant, everything was fine. However, it's important to note that each villa contains a total of three apartments, which might matter for those looking for more privacy.

We had a really nice time at the villa. Flara 😊Roberta was very kind, the villa is impeccably maintained and is equipped with every comfort. We stayed for a week at 6 people on the upstairs part of the house. The apartment does not fully match the photos since a bedroom has been added to the living room … but the living room remains very spacious. There were no shutters ( and no opaque curtains in the living room) which is a shame when you sleep in the living room and the sun rises at 6 a.m. ... and especially to cut off the sun when it's very hot . The kitchen was not sufficiently equipped rather rustic Thankfully Sonia was responsive to our requests. The A/C was essential but not good enough to refresh the rooms. I would say that the apartment is worth it for the terrace and the view of Taormina and the tranquility if there are people on the ground floor ( this apartment must be more suitable for a long stay). The exteriors are really magical and very enjoyable during the heatwave they are also very well maintained .

Had absolutely fantastic experience in this beautiful Sicilian house! The view was truly breathtaking. The house itself was charming, authentically furnished and equipped with everything necessary, also for our small children. The pool is large, perfect for cooling off on hot days and was well maintained. The service was also excellent. Both the caretaker and the owner were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always on hand to help us with any questions or suggestions for fun activities in the area. In short, we are very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this house to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday in Sicily.

Fantastic location at the foot of Mount Etna, with beautiful views over the surrounding area. The house has all the comforts and was delivered clean. Michela is a very friendly host and communicated quickly. An absolute no-brainer in terms of value for money.

This is a luxury gem hidden away in a tranquil location. The only minus off season was that most restaurants <30 minutes away were closed (October) otherwise this place is magic, clean, newly refurbished, has all necessary amenities, incredibly private and has excellent hosts and goat farmer neighbors ;)

I spent a wonderful month in this location - it's clean and comfortable with good wifi for remote working - perfect for what I was after. Maria is a wonderful host who is always responsive and cleaned the place once a week while leaving me nice things for breakfast! She even gave me a lift to and from Catania (c.10km) with my heavy suitcase. Trecastagni is a pleasant town on the slopes of Etna with accessible supermarkets and other essential shops as well as a some nice bars and restaurants and several churches. This location is better for those with private vehicles as the buses to/from Trecastagni are somewhat unreliable and it is a walk of several miles to the nearest train station (Acireale). However for those with vehicles it offers good access to Etna as well as other attractions in the area such as Catania and Acireale.

Ruben welcomed us warmly. nickel room with small coffee area. well equipped communal kitchen. Breakfast ordered and prepare the day before. really very good.

The highlight of our trip was the incredible five-course Sicilian dinner Carlo organized for us, showcasing the region's delicious cuisine. Each dish was a delight! The location itself is a must-visit, with breathtaking views and rich culture all around. We felt immersed in the beauty and warmth of Sicily. Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone looking to experience the best of the island!

For us a relaxing paradise in the nature! Biagio, Francesco and also Giovanni were extremely helpful when we had big problems. The house is simply furnished, but it has everything you need. The size was especially appealing for us. A car is urgently necessary for all activities, the access is rocky and uneven, but easy to create. The only problem was the entrance to the area. Google Maps always showed us an access, which is closed. You have to go in from the other side.

Francesco made us feel very welcome. Very warm and friendly host. He even showed us some of his favourite eating spots in Stefano when he picked us up from the station! He was very generous. Always responded quickly to questions and helped us out with some extras. The flat had everything we needed and was super clean and comfortable. A great outdoor area to relax in the afternoons. Very quiet at nice, some very restful sleeps. The town is a great place to visit. Many amazing restaurants and places to eat and drink. The locals were very friendly. A perfect town for a weeks stay with enough to do to keep entertained. Molto grazie Francesco!

We stayed here and were the only two guests in late April. We got a room upgrade and ate their delicious four course dinner. We felt really well taken care of and even got to see Etna clearly at night erupting - it was so cool! You really feel taken care of here I would highly recommend.

We some lovely days in the cabin! The views is simply amazing - which revelaed it self on our last morning. On Dario's recommendation we watched the sunrise which was incredibly beautiful. We also went on a guided trip on Etna with Dario which was also a memorable day.

Flavia’s place feels very special, like stepping back in time. Everything is very relaxed and calm. Flavia herself is lovely. Helpful and kind with great recommendations and we enjoyed hearing about her home’s history and the hop business.
