Very bright house of 115m² located in Barbâtre on the island of Noirmoutier including a living space of 35m² with a fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also enjoy its enclosed garden, with terrace. The beach is 900 m away, shops 15 minutes by bike and 5 minutes by car. Beautiful bike rides or walking are possible from the house to admire the ocean.
