This place was amazing and I appreciate the hospitality from the host. The building was great and people were friendly and nice. I wish I could live there but I had to go back home. The area is quiet and the amenities were great too.

A fantastic stopover in a nice traditional back street in the old town. The accommodation was exactly as described: a perfect hideaway from the chaotic bustling city. Alice looked after my booking and all subsequent communication and she was superb. Always replying in minutes, and forthcoming with some superb local food outlets. Everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and I hope to return someday!

This apartment was everything I wanted for my month long stay in Bangkok! There are a lot to choose from on Airbnb and many have nice views, nice amenities in the condo, etc. The apartment itself was really nice but what made it stand out for me was the location. Bangkok isn’t always the most walkable place - often smaller streets will dead end and you’re forced to walk on the large busy streets. Or the small streets have a ton of motor bikes using them to cut through. However, the area around this condo is different, a bit older so there are lots of quiet little streets and canals. It’s possible to walk to Wat Paknam (with the giant Buddha), Khlong Bang Luang, and Wat Arun. All very interesting, pretty walks and you won’t see many tourists until you get near the destination. The proximity to the MRT is great - you can go 3 different directions. Finally, I never got tired of looking at the view, it’s really beautiful!
