We had such a great time at Prinsiri’s villa! The place was super clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures and description—no surprises at all. Prinsiri was amazing, always quick to respond and really helpful with a few things during our stay. You can tell she’s a thoughtful and proactive host. Even she prepared fruits and foods during our stay. Highly recommend staying here—the villa is wonderful! Would love to come back!

It was a pleasure to stay at punntara, a villa with 8 of us, the room was big and characterful.The aunts at the front desk were also very nice and solved our problems at all times.There are 24 hour boats in and out of the hotel every day and the hotel is close behind the pier.The environment is good, rich in green plants, and belongs to a quiet part of Bangkok.It is about seven or eight kilometers from the city, a little far, but suitable for tourists who like tranquility.

The house is beautiful. The furniture is new, clean, the pool is new and very clean. Close to 7-Eleven and the main road. The location in the city center. Lots of restaurants. Very convenient.

Genuinely one of the best airbnbs I have ever went to it’s absolutely amazing. The vibe you get hit with of old blue it feels like you’re staying over at your grandmas house. Amazing pool aswell with a nice golf view and and a dog that sadly only visited us once :( owners are also really flexible and friendly however the family’s home is right next to the home just a couple feet apart with a walkway connected via the pool, the family’s keeps their blinds off however it does still feel a little off for those who are concerned about privacy, especially since the bathroom is actually a room attached to yhe house with a barred roof and walls however the walls are privacy walls however still off putting. Anyways that aside I still consider this the best airbnb ever the feeling of intimacy is amazing and won’t be found anywhere else for that price, you can genuinely feel that this place is a home with love. Rare gem!

I visited Bangkok with my family to celebrate my daughter’s 1st birthday, and we stayed at this lovely Airbnb. The hospitality was truly exceptional. The host was incredibly kind, humble, and always responsive. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even helping us book a table at Chocolate Ville for a special dinner. It was a memorable trip made even better by such thoughtful service. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangkok!

Nice house especially if you come with a group. Close to MRT. I enjoyed staying here, slept well and easy to find food. The weakness is only lack of essentials such as water, basic cooking ingredients, and laundry detergent.

The feeling of the B&B is good, a very pleasant stay, the layout of the room is also my favorite style, all kinds of facilities are fully equipped, the hygiene is meticulous and tidy, and I am very satisfied with the stay!

Clean and nice to stay again

My recent stay at this enchanting countryside Airbnb in Thailand was nothing short of delightful. Nestled amidst lush mango and banana trees, the property offered every modern convenience, from reliable Wi-Fi and electricity to efficient air conditioning. The accommodations were pristine, and the hosts’ hospitality was exceptional. We were charmed by their friendly dogs, enjoyed fresh fruit from the trees, and even had the use of a scooter. Each morning, they graciously provided delicious noodles from a local shop, and communication was seamless throughout. A truly memorable experience! Thank you Paul!

Stayed here with my family (a mix of young kids & adults) & had the best time. All the bedrooms have a balcony & full bathroom attached. We come to Thailand every year to visit with family & we look forward to staying here again if in Bangkok. Location was also fantastic. In a great neighborhood close to so many things that were on our list to check out!

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail really stood out—from the cozy linens to the thoughtful local touches that made us feel instantly at home. The host was outstanding—responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, which really added to the trip. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet close to everything. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a solo recharge, or a fun time with friends, this place checks all the boxes. Can’t recommend it enough. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great stay for our large group. Yes, while the walk to the public transit can be a bit far (very do-able!), the boat ferry (Khlong Saen Saep) is barely a 5 min walk away and you take it one stop to the MRT. Housekeeping was there every morning cleaning the common areas. Everyone loved the pool. I do wish we had separate pool towels vs bath towels - BUT when I asked for an iron or steamer they brought one immediately so I'm sure we could have asked for them! Great stay for a large group.

Recommended for large families. Good location in the center of the city. Close to BigC. Walking distance to BTS, but may be a little far. The swimming pool is very long, but not suitable for small children. The pool is deep, minus cleanliness points around the house, in front of the house and storage room.

Thanks to the very kind host, I was able to enjoy a good time to my heart's content. The host is the best in resolving things you don't know! As we had a good time, I'll definitely visit again if I get a chance next time. It was a fully satisfying accommodation for a family of 9 to enjoy.
