The home was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything needed, especially in the fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking so easy and convenient. The overall setup of the house was thoughtful and cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home. On top of that, the scenery from the house was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect backdrop for a getaway. Our stay at this beautiful house couldn’t have been a better way to end our two week tour of Sri Lanka. The open plan design and positioning of the house in its large private grounds is stunning with plenty of space to unwind. The large swimming pool offered hours of fun for us all to relax around and reflect on our amazing journey. Desh and Vasana looked after us so well and the food was some of the best we tasted on our tour. I would highly recommend this place as a start or end to your holiday as it’s only an hour from the airport.

We loved staying so close to nature! We spend almost two weeks here. It’s situated right on the edge of the Udawatta sanctuary, so monkeys visited us quite a few times which was nice to see! It’s not far from the city but when we went food shopping we took the tuktuk back and it cost us around 200 LKR. So if you want something private, calm but also walkable to the centre, this is it. Just mind that it’s close to the forrest and not much light goes in through the trees. But on the other hand the temperature in the apartment was nice due to the location. There’s no need for AC but there’s a fan if you need it. The kitchen has some amenities like rice cooker and smoothie maker. But it could maybe use a bit more cutlery like a new wooden spoon, but things like pan and pots were really good. The WiFi was perfect, no problem with that.

A Cozy Home Away From Home I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this place! The space felt welcoming and comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. It truly felt like a home away from home. The communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay and will certainly return in the near future!

Nayan's villa is even more beautiful than on the photos! The view over the beach and palmtrees is fantastic and the pool water is warm enough at all times of the day. We appreciated the various outdoor seating spaces as well as inside under the fan. It's very quiet & private apart from occasional fishermen trucks working on the beach. We have also really enjoyed the caretaker Martinez who tended to our needs every day, including bringing us coconut. We also made use of Pradeep's cooking and enjoyed having local food delivered every day to us to the villa. There was also lots of attention to detail, including beautiful flowers around the house and a fresh water tank, so that we wouldn't have to buy water in advance. Shower gel and shampoo was provided. We experienced a power cut once in the week we stayed for around 4hrs. Battery powered lamps and fans are provided for this case. Thank you Nayan, Martinez and Pradeep for a fantastic holiday! We can definitely recommend this place!

Maybe the best AirBnB property I’ve used? Lovely and spacious home with dreamy outdoor lighting when the sun goes down. So much natural light by day! It was perfect for our meetings and our host + property manager were so gracious. We found out we could purchase meals during our stay and it was certainly the right decision. The food was amazing, delivered on time and servings were generous. Highly recommend!
