Place is clean, tidy & peaceful. Match the pictures. Great location as it is very near to mall & some places of attraction. Easy to find also. Host is very polite & tactful. Easy to communicate. Will book again if we have plans to go Desaru again in future! 😊

Right next to the mall, convenient location.

Place is very near Desaru Fruit Farm. There are also restaurants nearby. Owner also sent housekeeper to replenish toilet paper. Only thing that I will like to caution about is there are a lot of ants in the apartment. If u leave fruits or sweet stuff on the table, the next few minutes u will see ants congregating around. There r also some ants, lizard and spider spotted around different corners of house. Maybe because home is sited at level 1 so there r a few insects. But overall didnt affect my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Maila’s place! My flight landed earlier than expected, and Maila was incredibly accommodating by allowing me to check in early. Hi have something to update you about the curtain and cleaning need to improve a bit it's every difficulty on change dress on the master room... I'm taking for attending wedding. That's why I feel like need to improve on this. Overall was good.

Well worth it, clean and cosy apartment, with a balcony and 3 bedrooms. There is a big swimming pool, futsal court and gym. Apartment is also next to the lift lobby and very easy to get to the carpark. Amenities such as supermarket, eateries, car wash, mall are all within walking distance. Apartment is also very near to popular places like the waterpark, fruit farm and beach. Host is very responsive and gave clear instructions.

My first time book with AirBNB and turns out to be a great booking. Mrs. Azuin has been a great host to us. The place offered is great and full with amenities. Very clean and spacious. She also provide many necessities (mineral water, toiletries, wifi, foods and etc) during our stay, what a great host. Sure i will return to book here again when i come to Desaru.

The location is overall very pleasant and well-equipped. However, the lack of Wi-Fi is a significant drawback, especially as I work in IT and rely heavily on a stable internet connection for my work.

Very much enjoyed staying here. Amazing location with a great beach in a rather interesting area. Ong was ever helpful with answering questions and providing assistance. Went out of his way to ensure I had everything I need.
