Desaru Utama Apartment Retreat with Swim Pool

Strategic location, clean and comfy, lovely apartment equipped with everything you need e.g. cookoo (awesome), wifi & etc. The owner is very responsive and provides clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Nice place to stay. My Comments for improvement: The 3 pm check-in time should be considered although it is a standard rule that applies, if there are no previous guests, should be given flexibility

The place is relatively close to SKS City mall and there are food stalls and restaurants around within 10 mins walk. Azri also provided some buscuits and cream buns which is a nice touch.

zetty was a fantastic as a host!! the house was spectacular and looked exactly what the images showed. super clean and had everything we needed. location was perfect and had private beach and also had 4 pools !! 100% recommended staying here! tq again zetty!

All good, responsive and great host. She even offered to pay for bath soap delivery by grab rider when I thought it's missing (it's not). It was a great stay in a good location and go to desaru public beach if you happened to visit here.

It was a very lovely stay in this homestay. The location is excellent as there are many shop lots nearby. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a swimming pool downstairs which is accessible. Overall a very good experience.

Thank you host for being very responsive throughout the stay. The unit was exactly as pictured, highest floor with the most outstanding sea view. Unit was very spacious & the two rooms came with super huge beds. Long stretch of balcony for u to relax & enjoy the sea breeze. Many spots for OOTD & walkable to the beautiful beach. Staffs were very accommodating with pleasant smile from the reception, restaurants etc. Any issues with the unit will be rectified immediately by the hotel management. Can’t wait to come back again! Loveeee it. Thank you host & all the staffs for making it a memorable stay for my family ❤️
