Lovely third stay at Josie’s flat. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Close to everything - great pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Hope to return 😊

The apartment exceeded our expectations. We had a great stay. All instructions prior to arriving and when during stay were clear and helpful.   Apartment is located moments away from large park, shops and pubs. Street parking was very straight forward once we realised the virtual permit was for the street apartment on and those to the right (if looking towards the river). We were able to find plenty of spaces and moved car to outside apartment later the day we arrived.   The apartment itself was well appointed, well provisioned, and super comfortable. Bunkbeds and master bedroom both had large cosy beds and pillows. The living room large enough for 3 of us and two golden retrievers. The master bedroom opens on to a small, enclosed courtyard ideal for feeding the dogs in the morning.   The kitchen has all the appliance, utensils etc you’d need. There were plenty of dish washing tablets, oil, salt, tea and coffee etc for a long stay. Living room has TV that had all the streaming channels

Brilliant place to stay! So close to the high street and theatre! Gorgeous flat and patio garden.

We stayed at 7 Harpers Yard between Christmas and New Year. The location is perfect, it’s a stones throw away from all the shops, cafes and restaurants. Parking was super handy onsite and the property felt safe and secure. Very clean and looks as per the pictures. Steve was super quick at responding. I would 100% book here again

The apartment was exactly as described, and was convenient for Marlow town and the amenities, Worked perfectly as a base for me whilst I was visiting friends and family. If you have a big car parking can be tight but it’s off road so useful,

The apartment was even better in reality than in the photos - lovely decor and comfortable beds/sofas. As we had lovely weather for our weekend stay , we sat outside on the rooftop terrace relaxing at every opportunity, listening to birdsong and lake-watching the wildlife. We hadn’t appreciated the amount of activities on offer at Lower Mill Estate but used the outdoor heated pool, recliners and sauna before we checked in - it really started our weekend in relaxing mood. We went to Ballihoo restaurant during our visit and this was a great family restaurant, very casual with good food - a few minutes walk from the accommodation. We did some Cotswolds sightseeing on the Saturday and it was lovely to know our penthouse and sundeck was waiting when we returned in the afternoon. Jane recommended a local restaurant for the Saturday evening and we weren’t disappointed- the food was absolutely delicious and it made the weekend perfect. Jane & Nico - thank you for everything:-)

Overall, the room was very well prepared to accommodate guests. The host took care of cleanliness and comfort. Access to a hairdryer, iron, and electric kettle is not something you see every day. There is also a new oven, a new washing machine, a very large fridge, and a microwave. Every appliance I used worked perfectly.

A wonderful apartment for the 2 of us but 2 double rooms so enough space for four. Well laid out presentation of high standard and well equipped kitchen. Health and safety clearly evident This apartment had the added benefit of having an outdoor decked area with outside furniture Cheltenham centre was an easy flat walk approx 5- 10mins. Plenty of shops,restaurants and green areas. We loved it and will return 😄

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

What a fantastic few days at Rectory Cottage. The house and surroundings were beautiful and it was clear the amount of time and effort that has been put into looking after the home. The house looked just like the photos and was really clean and comfortable. Kirsty’s recommendations in the house book were really useful, from walks to local restaurants. We will definitely stay again, thank you for a lovely and peaceful stay.

Emma was a fantastic host and her place is a great home away from home - which is just what we needed. Emma was super proactive, friendly and helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed. The property was spotlessly clean, with a beautiful big garden overlooking fields. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area,.

Warren was incredibly helpful and the property is perfectly located for the Warner Bros Studio, if you're planning to visit and go for a tour then I highly recommend this property.

Great location if you want to be close to town center. quiet neighborhood, nice little garden out back. lovely sitting room area.

Victoria’s flat was amazing! She definitely deserves a 5+ rating! What a wonderful find! The charming town of Tetbury is easily walkable from “The Retreat”. There are so many places to eat, drink, walk, shop and explore. We would love to return! Thank you, Victoria, for sharing your lovely flat with us! It was perfect!

This ground floor apartment is stunning - the pictures don’t do it justice - quite spacious - nicely furnished - clean and tidy - lovely place to stay - good off road parking also.

The apartment was clean, warm and comfy with all you need for a relaxing break. We felt at home straight away and the peaceful location and comfy bed meant that we had a great nights sleep. The view from the terrace was amazing with lovely evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Justine contacted us before arriving and during our stay, was really friendly and very understanding of our barking dog! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and we hope to return in the future. Thank you Justine and hubby.

Our second stay at this lovely apartment. Great location, easy to get to / from. Everything to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed - slept really well. Our favourite feature is the garden, right next to the canal, where we can sit and watch the ducks, geese and boats go by.

we had a wonderful long weekend in Cirencester. the location was perfect . It was a great home from home. a special shout out for the shower! 🚿😁

We booked this lovely flat to visit friends in Cheltenham. It is very well situated with lots of bars, bakeries, restaurants and shops within walking distance. A great night’s sleep in a comfortable bed, we won’t hesitate to return. Loved the decor/interior too 😊.
