Monthly Rentals in Balzac

6 adults and 8 kids in our group. house was as described. very nice new bathrooms (albeit generally without locks!). we had a great time. the house is great for families with teens - pool, bikes, pool table, decent WiFi, nice barbecue area. we did need to clean the barbecue on arrival and fix flat tires on two of the bikes. host was responsive and helpful when one of the group needed to see a dentist urgently. we would happy return. nearby river swimming was a nice alternative to seaside and very pretty. canoeing trip runs by nearby company (located at the river beach) was a highlight.

We came to 7 for the bd 2025 festival. We were received by a friendly and friendly welcome that immediately made us feel comfortable. Accommodation is clean and tidy, the items provided are well indicated and suitable (towel, kitchen, dishwasher, etc.). The setting is quiet and peaceful, less than a 10min walk from the bus stop. Wow!! Marie's house was beautiful and in lovely, tranquil surroundings. We were a party of 5 and the house and amenities were perfect. It was great to have a swimming pool to cool off from the summer sun. We booked for a week at a late stage but from the first enquiry to Marie and throughout our time there Marie was always very quick and helpful to respond. We absolutely recommend this wonderful house and host, but hopefully there will still be the opportunity for us to book again when we are in the Charente.

The accommodation was spotless, very clean and very functional. The hosts are very kind, and available if needed. I would highly recommend
