Vacation rentals with a patio in Balnarring

We stayed at Claires apartment during Easter break, instruction to access the property was very clear. It was amazingly sweet that Claire and team have prepared milk, bottled water, Easter eggs and hot cross buns, very much appreciated! The kitchen and living room is spacious with all essentials supplied, one feedback as shared with Claire is to replace the kettle. The ensuite is spacious with balcony, though recommend the cleaning/maintenance of bedding supplies to be updated in future. Bathroom was tidy with enough supplies for two nights. The property overall is in a great location, very easy to access the surrounding for grocery, shopping and dine out.

Michelle is the best hostess I've come across in a long while. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to a box of bandaids! Everything was so comfortable and the location is great for everything you want to do on the Penninsula. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

Simon was communicative. His place was very good. He added some great touches in a handwritten card of welcome AND a bottle of wine. For me it was the thought that was really appreciated. The appartment is very close to the beach, has secure, off-street undercover parking, is clean, spacious and well equipped, including having a balcony, albeit with seats but no table! His place is recommended for a weekend away as it was for us, AND for a longer stay. I would certainly consider it again. Thank you Simon and all the best!

Great spot for a weekend escape! George & Martha were wonderful hosts, always proactive with communication and made the stay smooth and enjoyable. The place is cozy and comfortable. One thing to note is that the WiFi speed is a bit on the slower side, so if you need fast internet, just keep that in mind. Otherwise, highly recommended!

We were visiting family in the area. We will come back again to make use of the fabulous kitchen, we stayed 5 nights, next time it will be longer. The unit has been tastefully renovated throughout. Much better inside than we expected, such a contrast to the exterior. Our family visited and loved it. Such a quiet area and close to Frankston and seaford. Densil and Meron.

We had a great stay. The bed was super comfortable. It had a smart TV, really soft bath towels and I really loved the little powerful hair dryer. We also love staying at places that have a washer so we can pack lighter. It also has the extra bits and pieces like washing liquid, salt and pepper and toiletries if you needed them. This home was an absolute gem peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality touches throughout. From the luxurious bed and crisp linens to the plush couch and spotless bathroom, every detail made the stay feel indulgent and comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

Rumour has it that the first ever rainbow sprouted from this house. A must see/stay for any little girls or anyone who loves rainbows and bright colours everywhere. Mykey has spared no effort and left no part un-coloured. Positioned in a great location with most things being with in a 5-10 minute drive whilst also being located in a quite street away from the hustle and bustle.

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. Highly recommend for couples or just a couple. Thanks Howard. So good!

Outstanding. You know how most airbnbs are a little weird? The bathroom in Florence where you have to sit in the toilet sideways because the bathroom door doesn’t close if you sit normally? Or the place in Montreal that doesn’t have doors on the bedrooms? Yeah, there is none of that here. It’s so functional, so homey, so much like your own house. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in.

I loved Merelle’s stunning light filled and perfectly decorated mid century beach house and wish I could have stayed forever! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay from the well equipped and stocked kitchen to the comfortable chairs in the sitting room around the fireplace , canoes /kayaks and beach chairs , washing machine/dryer and old hills hoist and outdoor setting as well as a functional yard for our dog. She has incredible style from the beautiful linen to the retro furnishings and is very eco friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with, responsive and friendly and very generous with early check in and late check out without even having to ask. And the area has so much to offer / so much to see and do on the Peninsula all within a half hour drive. I will be back for sure! Thank you Merelle 😁

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy home! The fireplace was the perfect touch, making our evenings feel warm and inviting. Danielle's place was absolutely lovely! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and more for a vacation. We didn't want to leave and wish we could extend our stay. My children and I had so much fun playing ping pong. It deserved 6 stars 🌟 no less.

Josephine’s place was great. Spacious 2 bedroom , nice balcony, Clean, amazing location near the beach 200mts train station opposite. We extended our stay and Josephine was responsive and provided clear instructions. I m happy to recommend the apartment

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.
