Ideally located for access to Galway city, Aran Islands and Conamara. We own a beautiful 4yr old German Shepherd X doggie. She will make your visit extra special if you like dogs! Our room has a massive motorised sofa couch,+ everything you need. very good cafes,bars, grocery shop and restaurants nearby. Bus and taxi nearby.

This is a space in our back yard that we were not utilising so we made a small,smart little bedsit from it It has everything you would need to enjoy a short trip to Galway and it’s surrounding You could comfortably cook an egg ect for breakfast and something small for dinner but if you are planning to be cooking 3 course meals it might be a bit small Double bed is a fold down and i found it comfortable There is a boiler so instant heat and hot water when needed Any questions just ask 👍

Carmel was such a lovely and responsive host and made us feel right at home! The space clean and just as described. There were recommendations of local pubs and restaurants nearby which was super helpful! She was also kind enough to let us check out a bit later which made the morning less stressful. Overall, such a positive experience!

This AirBnB was great for our short stay in Galway. Flexible check-in allowed us to arrive later in the day with no issue. The place was easy to find and the room was easily accessible by lock box. The room was definitely quite small and cozy, but it did the trick for us. If we were planning to spend more time in the place, we probably would have opted for something with a bit more space to move around, but we were out most of the time we were there. We also appreciated the tea, coffee, and muffins in the room for us. Parking was easy and available, both in the driveway and on the street. The area, though outside of Galway city, had a variety of restaurants (we really enjoyed a local Thai place) and was quite walkable. It’s about 2.5-3 km from the city centre, also accessible by transit. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone who just needs a place to sleep in between their adventures in and around Galway!

Margaret is a great host. Room is small but plenty of wardrobe space plus a desk & chair, which was great as I was there for work. En suite bathroom was very good. Margaret was very hospitable and helpful - plenty of local advice and nothing was too much trouble. Overall a great stay and a great host.

Mary and JJ are really nice people who will make you feel right at home. It’s about a lovely 20 minute walk into the centre of town or just a block away you can jump on the 401 bus for 1.90€ that goes straight there. Their place is super clean and they put on wonderful breakfast! Highly recommended and would absolutely stay there again!

so where shall I even start, as an international student the country was new to me and Anne treated me like her own son and she came to pick me up with all the luggage and dropped me as well. She also picked some groceries for me and let me use that for the entire stay. Her communication is so precise and clear that even to rookie like me Galway got an ample experience of transportation and she also helped me finding some accomodation in Galway. I heartlly wished that I could extend my stay with her for couple of weeks but the property was reserved for others guest too. She was the first Irish person I talked to during my journey from India and indeed I found an another mother who is warm, generous and kind. May God bless her with all the health and fulfills everything she desires of. Regards Abhish😇
