Booking was a breeze. Contacted the hosts beforehand and they were extremely helpful in narrowing down a date and a check-in time. When we arrived, Dermot was there to greet us and showed us to our place of stay. He made sure that we felt welcomed and if we needed anything at all, not to be afraid to give him a shout. Dermot helped us with organising a take-away and also with setting up the fire and heater. Area was beautiful and peaceful with stunning views of the Ox Mountains range. The barn was far bigger than I expected, with lots of room and everything you could need. Overall, was a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend it.

As advertised. We had a nice relaxing stay. If you’re looking to unplug for a weekend in a rural area , in a rustic cabin, this is for you. It is not a hotel but glamping but pictures were accurate. Communication was great but be aware no wi fi and cell service didn’t work for us. Hunter the dog guided us on a nice nature walk.

Grace's house was a real treat! Nestled away in the trees overlooking the river made it feel so private and peaceful. The house itself was so cosy, clean and inviting but had plenty of space and different areas to relax. The grounds were amazing and the kids had a ball discovering the swings, hottub and reading shed. The whole place was magical and we were sad to leave. Grace was very responsive to any communication and made us feel so welcome. The house location was a great base for some of the stunning sights Donegal has to offer and we were very close to many beautiful sandy beaches. This house was the best airbnb we have ever stayed in! Collanmore Island Lodge is unreal, couldn't recommend it more! We had the best stag weekend ever here and Ciaran is a absolute gent. Getting to the island is easy and exciting, beds are comfy and facilities are top notch. Ideal for big family gatherings or any type of West of Ireland getaway. I will be back again for sure, thank you Ciaran and your great team.

The cabin was exactly as described and was beautiful. Host was very responsive. Would highly recommend for a get away!

Gorgeous property, very clean and even bigger in person than in pictures. The sauna is lovely however we weren’t able to use the hot tub as it wouldn’t heat even after a strong fire and a few hours and we weren’t able running out of wood.

James was our host on arrival and very helpful and friendly. Communication was excellent and assistance was very speedy. A beautiful, private and well equipped house with fantastic outdoor space enjoyed by our Labrador. We were blessed with beautiful weather also. The people in nearby Belleck town were also incredibly friendly.

Mary was so lovely and welcoming. She was easily contactable and so warm and friendly. We were keen to have a bit of privacy and she left us to our own devices to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The location of the apartment is really spectacular. Sitting in the hot tub looking out on the lake was a real highlight of the trip.

We had a wonderful stay at Patricia's cottage, which had loads of room, everything we needed and beautiful surroundings. It was a great location for getting around to other locations in Mayo, so we would definitely stay again.

Chris and Colette have clearly put in lots of effort and care to ensure their guests have a great time at their holiday home. They have a binder with all the information you could possibly need, it is completely organised and easy to navigate. They are responsive and people you could reach out to easily if you needed help. The place is very clean and neat. It is walkable to the town and there is a gas station even closer which is convenient for everyday items. Buses nearby too! I had a great stay and would recommend.

Location was out of this world. We were very lucky with the weather too. It was one to remember.

My favorite Airbnb on our Ireland trip! Our stay at Pat Mors Cottage was the perfect peaceful retreat in the countryside. The cottage is full of charm, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with stunning views right outside the door. William was a great host! We arrived pretty late but check-in was extremely easy and William even stopped by the next morning to make sure everything went smoothly for us. We loved getting visits from our neighbors (the sheep and cows 😊) and enjoyed taking the small hike up the hill in the backyard for an amazing view of the surrounding lakes and mountains. We can’t wait to return—this place is a true gem!

If you're looking for a traditional Irish country cottage, with plenty of space, and privacy, you won't go wrong with this. Margaret the host was fabulous from the moment it was booked and really couldn't have been more helpful. The cottage has everything you could possibly need, both indoors and outdoors and it was lovely to find some buns, milk, orange juice and water on arrival. A very nice touch. Thoroughly recommend the host and the cottage. Book with confidence - you won't regret it.

Would definitely recommend this stay in Achill! It was walking distance to Dookinella beach (not swim safe but great for exploring). The views of keel beach and the sheep were incredible. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were happy to have the fireplace, DVDs and some board games for the rainy weather. Thanks so much, Teresa!

Pat has given us the warmest welcome we have ever got at an airbnb. He is just a terrific host. The cottage is lovely, spacious and well-equipped. Great to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. We loved the fire in the dining room and living room and enjoyed playing boardgames with the fire on, on a rainy day. Pat's dog, Lily and the neighbour dog, Hunter are both a delight. Connemara is a beautiful part of Ireland with beautiful scenery and wonderfully warm people. A week is not enough to see everything. We managed to get to the national park, Clifden, Roundstone and its beaches, Lennaun, the Killary fjord and the famine walk, as well as nearby Loch Corrib and the castle. Some of these destinations are about 1 hour away but you drive through beautiful scenery. Galway is only half an hour away and is a buzzing, vibrant city. All in all, we had a great time and would like to come back.

Beautiful home right in the middle of Mullaghmore village with stunning views. The house is actually nicer than in the photos - it was clean and comfortable, with well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and three modern, clean bathrooms. Would definitely go back.

Lovely stay in an absolutely gorgeous location. The apartment had a real cottage feel to it and came equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Terry was extremely friendly and the whole experience was really special! Would definitely recommend to friends or return here myself.

Donals place was absolutely lovely, we felt right at home from the second we arrived. Check in was easy and the house was exactly like the photos and as described. We had dinner in the Venue bar and restaurant both evenings of our stay, which is a short stroll from the house. Beach is located about 1.5km away. Donal was a great host and sent all the information we needed, would definitely come back to Donals house again. Thank you.

This was our second visit to Brendan's beautiful home. The home is welcoming, sparkling clean, has a fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need. By far, this is our favorite Airbnb home ever! We love Westport and the cycling is amazing. Brendan is a fantastic host and we can't wait to return!

A very spacious and comfortable apartment with a gorgeous view, sheep included. Close to town but feels like countryside. Town is a pretty 20 minute walk away. Regina is a devoted though not intrusive hostess, with lots of good suggestions for places to visit. Nearby Westport has natty shops and fine food. Try Hotel Wyatt — try their magnificent mussels. The region is a seafood haven.
