Vacation rentals with lake access in Balkan Mountains

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They responded immediately to what was asked. The house was just like in the photos and ideal for different families as the rooms have a bathroom each individually. It has a large yard where young children can play.

Amazing place! I 100% recommend it! Big spacious chalets equipped with absolutely everything! I loved it!

A lovely place, extremely clean and very spacious. The pool was a delight, big and clean. Outside we had 1 degree Celsius and we were enjoying the pool. The rooms are big and cozy. Also the kitchen has everything you might need. The view is great and if the sky is clear you can enjoy the sunrise. We would definitely come back. Thank you, Milena for everything!

Mr. Tzevit and his family are impeccable. I was treated to homemade pastries and fruits. The house was spotless, very beautiful in a quiet place and at the same time centrally located in the beautiful old town where you can go everywhere on foot since it is central point. Very polite and considerate. My stay was 9 days and it felt like home. I didn't really miss anything since the house had everything. I would really like to thank Mr. Tzevit for my wonderful stay there and I am sure that if I find myself in beautiful Xanthi again it will be my number 1 choice.

we had a very nice holiday as in our own summer house, quiet, calm, peaceful, with birds chirping with the sounds of the waves and the sea view. The villa is beautiful, just like the pictures, the house items and furniture have been carefully selected . In a nice location for those who are considering the sea and nature holiday together; we would like to thank the ifaze and wife, who takes care of the house and our neighbor, for their treats and nice conversations. We stayed for 6 weeks. For 2 people Totally worth it. All worked great. Superb location close to Pirin street and a 15 min walk from the gondola. Only upgrade I would suggest is to get a washing machine. Otherwise you have to pay for laundry. Comfortable kitchen and bedroom. We did not get cold in the apartment and overall super good deal and nice stay

Book this apartment for a great stay in Golubac! It’s very central to the town, and has a beautiful view of the river. This apartment brought some needed color and whimsy to Serbia. I’m grateful for the host’s quick and thorough communication, and would recommend this stay for anyone. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

This place has great location and it's very well fitted for 3-4 people (4 people makes perfect sense if 2 of them are kids). This apartment has nice terrace with a lake view. Lake beach is right in front of the building where apartment is located. We hope that we will stay again in this place.

Was very pleased to rent apartment

We stayed for three weeks, and felt totally at home in this place! It had everything we needed, and felt cosy - we looked forward to going 'home' to it. We loved being so close to Lidl, the farmers market, shop with everything, and Metro. This all made it very easy to negotiate to complete new-comers to Romania. Communication was easy and hosts friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! (The one small glitch for us, was that we arrived after very long travel with no internet access, and struck an unhelpful taxi-driver who dumped us at the Sp. Ind. address, on the main road. We were exhausted and proceeded to spend half an our trying to work out where to go. The gist is, the new apartment towers are BEHIND the formidable-looking street-front property (500m), and not visible from there - it is well back and much closer to Lidl Supermarket and Crangasi Metro Station.)

A very nice location with a very nice view for sunrise . Discreet , clean , quiet , with all the utilities. Own parking and host was very helpful and prompt. I recommend even more that I will definitely come back .

We were extremely satisfied with my stay at this apartment. A good location, in a quiet area and only 15-20min by taxi to the airport. The interior of the apartment was presented clean, neat and equipped with everything you may need during your stay. The most I was impressed by the attention to details and the little things that were stocked starting with iron and ironing board to make-up remover discs,nail files and ear sticks. These details have taken the accommodation to a whole new level, and in the future my standards will be harder to meet by other accommodations in other locations:)) Well done! We stayed 10 days here and this was the most beautiful vacation we ever had! Not only the accommodation was outstanding, so is the village Sat Batran. 100 years back in time but people are very kind and friendly and you can have a very authentic look on life in a traditional roman village. This place carries magic within and we would highly recommend it if you are looking for rest and nature. We will come back for sure! Barbara & Olaf

Accommodation surrounded by nature, quiet and peaceful, and with all the necessary amenities. The place is beautiful with the snow.. The road to the village was redone, there was snow but no problem getting around. The host was super responsive and gave good advice. Very happy with our stay.

The villa is at a perfect location, right near the shops and restaurants, yet far enough to be peaceful and quiet. It has a good backyard, plenty of parking space, as well as a good walkable route up and down the drive towards the rest of Cigov Chark. Will recommend!
