Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Ανταποκρίθηκαν αμέσως σε ότι τους ζητήθηκε. Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και ιδανικό για διαφορετικές οικογένειες καθώς τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν μπάνιο το κάθε ένα ξεχωριστά. Διαθέτει μεγάλη αυλή στην οποία μπορούν να παίξουν μικρά παιδιά.

Мястото беше страхотно. Винаги получавахме бързи отговори, когато имахме запитвания. Всички от групата ни останаха много доволни, бихме посетили пак!

We had a wonderful stay at Milena’s place! The highlight for us was definitely the heated indoor pool (kept at a comfortable 25–26°C), which provided hours of fun for both kids and adults. The house was clean, well-equipped, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. It’s a great spot for a group of 4–5 families looking to relax and enjoy some quality time together. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return in the future!

Ο κύριος Tzevit και η οικογένεια του είναι άψογη. Με κέρασαν σπιτικά γλυκά και φρούτα. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ όμορφο σε ήσυχο μέρος και ταυτόχρονα σε κεντρική τοποθεσία στη πανέμορφη παλιά πόλη όπου μπορείς να πας παντού με τα πόδια αφού είναι κεντρικό σημείο. Πολύ ευγενικός και διακριτικός. Η διαμονή μου ήταν 9 μέρες και ένιωθα σαν στο σπίτι μου. Δεν μου έλειψε πραγματικά τίποτα αφού το σπίτι είχε τα πάντα. Θα ήθελα πραγματικά να ευχαριστήσω το κύριο Tzevit για την υπέροχη διαμονή μου εκεί και είμαι σίγουρη πως αν ξανά βρεθώ στη πανέμορφη Ξάνθη θα είναι η νούμερο 1 επιλογή μου.

kendi yazlığımızda gibi çok güzel sessiz, sakin ,huzurlu ,dalga sesleriyle kuş cıvıltılarıyla ve deniz manzarasıyla güzel bir tatil geçirdik . villa aynı resimlerdeki gibi güzel, ev eşyaları ve muıtfak eşyaları özenle seçilmiş . deniz ve doğa tatilini bir arada düşünenler için güzel bir lokasyanda ; evle ilgilenen ve komşumuz olan ifaze hanım ve eşine ikramları ve güzel sohbetleri için teşekkür ederiz. ev sahibi derya hanıma samimiyeti ve ilgisi çok teşekkür ederiz.

We stayed for 6 weeks. For 2 people Totally worth it. All worked great. Superb location close to Pirin street and a 15 min walk from the gondola. Only upgrade I would suggest is to get a washing machine. Otherwise you have to pay for laundry. Comfortable kitchen and bedroom. We did not get cold in the apartment and overall super good deal and nice stay

Book this apartment for a great stay in Golubac! It’s very central to the town, and has a beautiful view of the river. This apartment brought some needed color and whimsy to Serbia. I’m grateful for the host’s quick and thorough communication, and would recommend this stay for anyone. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

This apartment is an absolute gem! The cozy atmosphere combined with an outstanding interior design—worthy of an award—creates a truly unique and inviting space. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, making it a pleasure to stay in. The host was exceptionally responsive and welcoming, ensuring we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Their attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience—we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

This place has great location and it's very well fitted for 3-4 people (4 people makes perfect sense if 2 of them are kids). This apartment has nice terrace with a lake view. Lake beach is right in front of the building where apartment is located. We hope that we will stay again in this place.

Was very pleased to rent apartment

We stayed for three weeks, and felt totally at home in this place! It had everything we needed, and felt cosy - we looked forward to going 'home' to it. We loved being so close to Lidl, the farmers market, shop with everything, and Metro. This all made it very easy to negotiate to complete new-comers to Romania. Communication was easy and hosts friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! (The one small glitch for us, was that we arrived after very long travel with no internet access, and struck an unhelpful taxi-driver who dumped us at the Sp. Ind. address, on the main road. We were exhausted and proceeded to spend half an our trying to work out where to go. The gist is, the new apartment towers are BEHIND the formidable-looking street-front property (500m), and not visible from there - it is well back and much closer to Lidl Supermarket and Crangasi Metro Station.)

O locație foarte frumoasă, cu o priveliște foarte frumoasă ptr răsărit . Discretă , curată , liniștită , cu toate utilitățile. Parcare proprie , iar gazda a fost foarte ajutătoare și promptă. Recomand și mai mult ca sigur o să revin .

Am fost extrem de satisfacuta de sederea mea la acest apartament. O locatie buna, intr o zona linistita si la doar 15-20min cu taxiul pana la aeroport. Interioul apartamentului s a prezentat curat, ingrijit si echipat cu tot ce poti avea nevoie pe durata sederii. Cel mai mult am fost impresionata de atentia la detalii si de lucrurile marunte care au fost aprovizionate incepand cu fier si masa de calcat pana la discuri demachiante,pile de unghii si betisoare de urechi. Detaliile astea au dus cazarea la cu totul un alt nivel, iar pe viitor din cauza voastra standardele mele vor fi mai greu de indeplinit de alte cazari in alte locatii:)) Bravo! Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt umgeben von natur, tradition und herzensmenschen. Ein paradies auf erden wo man sich sofort zuhause und angekommen fühlt. ♥️

We stayed 10 days here and this was the most beautiful vacation we ever had! Not only the accommodation was outstanding, so is the village Sat Batran. 100 years back in time but people are very kind and friendly and you can have a very authentic look on life in a traditional roman village. This place carries magic within and we would highly recommend it if you are looking for rest and nature. We will come back for sure! Barbara & Olaf

Zeer leuk ingericht huis, heel comfortabel, heel vriendelijke en gastvrije ontvangst. Wandelafstand van het centrum, met leuke restaurants, we hadden een perfect verblijf!

Logement en pleine nature, calme et paisible, et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. L'endroit est superbe avec la neige.. La route menant au village a été refaite, il y avait de la neige mais aucun problème pour circuler. L'hôte était hyper réactif et de bon conseil. Très content de notre séjour.

Прекараме си супер във вилата. Беше много хубаво и чисто. Холчето с камината беше супер уютно в дъждовния уикенд, в който отседнахме. Кучето също си изкара супер, единствиният минус е, че няма заграден двор, за да го пускаме спокойно, защото се навъртат други кучета също. Но пространството пред къщата е супер, макар и да не е заграден двор.
