This place is stunning. The views are incredible. Truly incredible. It was just my wife and I so it was huge for us. But it was a very large space if a large group. WiFi was great. Cute sheep right there in the backyard. I cannot recommend this place enough. We did not use the hot tub so not sure about that. My only warning is take care on the 15-20 minute road there on the single track. Some lethal potholes that if you hit just right would blow a tire.

What we found with this property and the owners was that they were proud and respectful to our privacy and needs. The property is one of those hidden Gems your lucky to find when looking form another part of the world and trusting. We surely found it perfect for our needs to relax after busy Cities and driving. Absolutely lovely little cottage in the most beautiful surroundings- view of a waterfall, loch below and sheep with lambs just outside the gate. Great spot for a sunset and to just relax listening to the birdsong. The cottage was perfectly clean and fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need for self catering. Modern yet traditional - the perfect balance. A lovely additional touch of local gifts much appreciated. Although a little off the beaten track it was the perfect haven after a day exploring all the incredible sights Skye has to offer. We wouldn't change a thing and hope to return!

Our first trip to the Island of Skye and what a stunning place! The view from Rhundunan was spectacular and the accommodation was clean, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed - including binoculars to view the local wildlife. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was crisp and clean. Juliet was so helpful and warned us before we arrived that the island relied heavily on Co-op supplies and due to their cyber breach we might need to visit a supermarket on our way through the mainland, rather than rely on supplies being available when we reached Skye. I was very grateful that she had alerted me because even the independent shops were being impacted at the time of our visit. Our time flew by and I really didn't want to leave. I would certainly love to go back again and would love to stay at Rhundunan again too. Thank you Juliet.

Our stay at Alistair’s place on the Isle of Skye was simply excellent. His house is cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated; we truly felt at home there. Alistair’s hospitality was absolutely outstanding—he was friendly, attentive, and exceptionally helpful, going far beyond expectations. Spending a delightful evening together was an enjoyable and refreshing bonus. Thanks to Alistair, our visit to the island became an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend his place to anyone seeking authentic, welcoming, and stylish accommodation on Skye, situated in a beautiful location with stunning views. We had a lovely time. It's very quiet and peaceful. We were lucky to have superb weather. We had to cook our evening meals as none of the local restaurants we contacted were dog friendly. We did spend most of our time travelling around the Isle and very much enjoyed what Skye had to offer. We very much look forward to coming back.

The trailer was really luxurious, from the toiletries in the bathroom to a bouquet of fresh yellow roses on the table. In the morning and evening, the heating went on for a short time, which was very pleasant. Irene explained a lot to us at the beginning and told us, but then left us complete privacy. Although we had some spices with us, we greatly appreciated the wide selection of spices available. The only downside was that the bed had a great mattress, but for us 140 cm wide, if one side is adjacent to the wall, is rather tight. Nevertheless, we will definitely stay there again when we go to Skye. The location of Uig was also sufficiently central. We originally searched in Portree and after a visit to Portree with masses of Aida tourists, we are glad that it did not work out.
